We had a great stay at the this hotel. The staff is super friendly and helpful. This hotel is also well localized especially if you want to enjoy the parks of yas island. You can also used the facilities of the Crowne Plaza Hotel which is great as they have a swimming adapt d for children and they have a kids club and a playground. The suite 2 bedrooms was huge and comfortable. To improve their service it would be great to have a proper table for 4 people in the 2 bedrooms suite and more ustensils such as a pan. The curtains could also be improved as some of them didn’t cover all the windows. Furthermore, as I really like quiet place, I was a bit disturb by the noise of the planes as the airport is nearby but that is not hotel’s fault. I guess it is the same for all the yas plaza hotels Thank you so much for taking such a good care of us.

Decent location for all parks. Yas Express right outside or taxi 15AED each way. Breakfast ok, not the best. One bed apartment layout very good. Amenities very good. Needs refurbishment. Looks a little outdated. Staff and service very good.

We loved the hotel. Early check in helped us a lot. The room(s) were spacious and quiet. Breakfast was highly satisfactory. Surprise dinner at weekdays was a star! Using the facilities of next door group hotel, especially the beach, was mostly welcome. Easy transportation to the parks. Thanks!

The Staff at the hotel was very accomodating, not only we could do an ealy check in but also, they packed us a to go breakfast the last day of our stay. Free Jass island shuttle to the main parks was just around the corner. The airport is only 10 minites away. We could use court yard facilities, the kids enjoyed kayaking in their beach, Overall a great experience

We absolutely loved our stay at the apartment. We were treated to a delicious breakfast and complimentary dinner from Tuesday to Thursday. The room was comfortable and a good size. The only downside was the sofa bed wasn't very comfortable the springs were sticking out so wasn't ideal. We loved that there was a laundry room and could use the Crown Plaza facilities. Overall brilliant stayb and staff were all friendly and accommodating.

Very clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the breakfast and light dinner. Pool was lovely. Would have preferred a room with a pool view but we arrived quite late and were only staying one night so it wasn't a problem

We deeply regretted once we checked in
The pictures of the room we selected on the app showed the balcony (and also was the same rate as smoking room) so we expected to have the same room but the reality is, it was completely different room. They couldn’t provide us the room we expected initially at the spot due to full occupancy. Someone needs to fix this otherwise many people will have the same trouble. Also, the description says there are amenities in the room but there’s nothing (only two big bath towels).

Almost no hot water supply. The sanitary fittings are loosed. The water flow rate is extremely low. The washing machine was not working. Air-con is also not really you can control the temperature. This is the hotel you should try and other 3-star hotel you will find them nice. Extremely disappointed and swear to God will not come back again

If you damage anything at the hotel they'll expect
Inexperienced staff ruined luggage my luggage on departure. They didn't inform me of the damage and didn't want to do anything about it. If you damage anything at the hotel they'll expect you to pay. If they damage your property they won't even tell you. The manager on duty had no clue how to resolve this and asked for information already on file and provided. He was supposed to call back. I'm still waiting for a solution and a call back from them.
