There was a band on until midnight below the room and made it impossible to sleep even with earplugs in extremely loud. Impossible to have a conversation in the room. . I know it’s a pub but this should be mentioned in there advertising. Only very limited on street parking. Nice location and great as a pub Would be a much better experience when the bands aren’t playing.

We are sorry you didn't enjoy your stay with us.It is definitely quieter when bands aren't playing.However we do have other rooms that are further away. These northerly rooms are very quiet.Let us know if you are interested in visiting our hotel again and we can guide you towards a room that is more suitable to your needs

Parking was not always available as parking was on street. A busy hotel so hard to get a parking space. Queen room was not very big. Very compact. No space to relax

no aircondition in rooms terrible hot no sleep for 2 nights came home earlier for that reason cant open windows and the windows were dirty wont b staying there again

We had a lovely sea view from room. Room was clean. Found room hot no aircon did have a stand up fan tho which gave us some relief. The night we stayed thr was a band on which we watched a bit of but was very noisy from our room when we went to bed. Wouldnt of minded so much but was only thr 1 night passing thru. Should of been advised on this when booking. Other than that it was a nice place

Unfortunately the pub rooms don't have aircon and sorry you missed the part in the message everyone receives advising of the band noise.Thank you for your reservation. Please be reminded that full payment is required at time of booking in order to secure your reservation. 24 Hour Cancellation Policy(Notice of cancellation is required before 2:00 PM the day prior to check-in)We have live entertainment from Thursdays - Sundays. Overall we enjoyed our stay at the pacific. A couple of things to watch out for.... Not well ventilated on hot days and the floor fan isn't enough at night. Noise from the downstairs bar so take ear plugs just In case.

The room number 115 has a bad odour I would say it was in the carpet it was quite unpleasant. It needs some sanitising or something 😞

Beautiful property.very pissed off that I booked with wotif and it said that there was 2 king bed ocean view rooms left but after I paid it refreshed to a queen bed city view room

Hi Craig,Thank you for staying with us, I'm sorry you missed out on our King Signature rooms, they were all booked out weeks in advance so I'm not sure what you were seeing on the site, maybe for different dates, as you only booked on the day of arrival. Room was tiny but adequate. Room comfy but not very big. Couldn’t swing a towel in the minuscule bathroom but shower was great and if you were careful not to splash when brushing your teeth it was okay. Fortunately there were back stairs to our room but the bannister in main staircase leading to dining and bar was very grubby. Terrific outlook though and we had a lovely dinner.

Whilst the pub is good for a beer, with a good choice of beers, friendly staff, and a great view, the room I had was terrible. The room had a glass door into a common area with no curtain, so no privacy and the sun blazed through at 5:45am. The room also had no ventilation at all, the window could not be opened so I had to sleep with the door propped ajar. There was also a kitchenette right outside the window, so I was awoken by people using the kettle and microwave throughout the night. Such a shame as the location is fantastic.

Friendly welcoming staff upon check-in, beautiful signature room, very tidy and nice styling with an ocean view. Lovely location near the beach and walking distance to shops, cafés and restaurants. Cool pub with great food, the bar and bistro staff were very nice too!

Room was basic , but comfortable and the view from the room was amazing . The one thing that wasn't up to scratch was the shared bathrooms , old , tired , dirty ,very uncomfortable and awkward , as there was nowhere to hang your clothes or towels

The Pacific Hotel,has great views of the Pacific Ocean.It has an excellent bar and Dining Room,with good choices.I will recomend the Pacific Hotel to all my friends and I will stay there again!!!

I was really happy untill I noticed baby cockroach’s in the microwave and bathroom. Needs pest control done . Food was very average , gnocchi certainly wasn’t house made but packet bought staff are fabulous thought
