It was a good stay, Very friendly staff. Beds were comfortable. The hotel is in a very convenient area of town. Prices were very reasonable, and affordable. Love the cultural aspect of the hotel.

Indigenous ownership I believe, and close to polo park is a plus. Only bad thing about the hotel is limited cable channels however not a problem if you got tablet or phone.

Everything was phenomenal from room service, breakfast lunch and dinner, would recommend the food from cafeteria/restaurant. Rooms were clean, but entertainment was not as described, we were told there would be a smart TV but wasn’t smart, would recommend buying a Roku stick if you like watching Netflix or other streaming services. Room service was offered daily every morning, the price was accommodating every amenities they were offering like high speed internet, pool and hot-tub. Staff were very friendly, the security and safety is on top very proactive security here. We thank the staff and management for our wonderful stay here security needs more training. Thank you

When we first checked into our room we checked for bugs. We did not find any and I was happy about that, but we did find hairs under the covers and I wasn’t too happy about that.
