Le spa est loué à une personne qui n'est pas intéressée? Elle n'a pas voulu venir à l'hotel pour mettre en marche le sauna; la personne qui était là pour couvrir son absence ne savait pas comment le faire marcher. Le sauna ne fonctionait pas, et j'ai du vérifier plusieurs fois si elle était venue (Karen est son prénom), pour enfin pouvoir en profiter; je voulais avoir un massage de dos le samedi matin: il n'y avait personne; je lui ai envoyé un texto sans réponses!!!

Very comfortable rooms in a stylish complex set in a secure compound. There is a dining courtyard beside the adjacent Mercure Hotel which is a pleasant place to sit and relax. The hotel is a little inconveniently located, though, and you'd need a car or to take taxis to get into the city centre. Also, be aware that it is not beside the main international airport, but next to a domestic terminal catering to Cessnas and the like. This error didn't affect me, as I had a vehicle, but if you are relying on walking to the international airport in the morning, you'll have a problem as it's 37 kilometres away. Also, don't order the Caesar Salad - the chef put so much dressing on the lettuce that it was a ghastly soggy mess. Overall, highly recommended.

Good and reasonable hotel in Windhoek
Nice hotel located close to the EROS airport, and not so far from city. Friendly staff, and good service. The hotel rooms are nice with good space, but they need some upgrade.

The Safari Hotel is a beautiful property. The staff are kind and attentive. The breakfast and food at the restaurant is great. The swimming pool and garden area are very relaxing. Old Style Class
Built in 1966, this is old style class. The rooms are well appointed, the restaurant excellent. There’s a wonderful pool, an excellent gym for both the newbie and veteran iron pumper. There is also a spa.

OUR ARRIVAL WAS STRESSFUL. WE WERE OFFERED 2 THREE QUARTER BEDS WHILE WE PAID FOR 2 DOUBLE BEDS AND HAD TO WAIT FOR SOME TIME TO HAVE OUR SITUATION SOLVED. WE HAD TO ASK TO TALK TO THE SUPERVISOR, WHO LATER HAS TO CALL IN THE MANAGER. WE ALSO HAD TO CALL EXPEDIA TO EXPLAIN THE SITUATION. AT THE END THE MANAGER WAS VERY HELPFULL, SHE OFFERED US WATER AND HAD 2 DOUBLE BEDS ARRANGED.THE FOOD WAS NOT EXCELLENT BUT BETTER, I ORDERED KAPANA STYLE MEAL WHICH WAS SUPPOSED TO COME WITH BOEREWORS BUT IT CAME WITH 2 LAMP CHOPS INSTEAD BECAUSE THEY HAD NO WORS IN STOCK(TOO BAD LAMP IS MY LEAST FAVOURITE MEAT) THE BEDS WERE COMFY BUT THE TOWELS WERE TOO HARD, THE FREEDGE IN THE ROOM WAS TOO NOISY, WE HAD TO SWITCH IT OFF BUT THIS MADE IT EVEN WORSE BECAUSE THE MELTED ICE KEPT ON DRIPPING AND MAKING A VERY UNPLEASENT NOISY THROUGHOUT THE NIGHT. THE PLACE IS TIDY, FREANDLY STAFFS AND NICE VIEW.

The hotel staffs are very kind.
Very kind staff. The pool needs to be heated in the winter. The rooms are very cold in the winter. In all the rooms are kept clean to an extent.

we stayed here for 1 night on 2 occasions. The breakfast was very good, and the restaurant prices very reasonable. The TV channels were very poor, and the wi-fi reception varies in the rooms,but otherwise we were very satisfied with our 2 stays.

Terrible, dirty hotel, very high price
The room was old, dirty, and had a roach in it and yet I still paid $130 a night. This hotel is good for a conference venue but not to stay. Extremely understaffed as well.

Convenient hotel in Windhoek
Rooms very nice and the pool was excellent for the kids. Breakfast on the patio was quite nice. Buffet was good but too expensive. The Access to internet was awful - extremely inconvenient with stupid codes from front desk and no connectivity most of the time. Requested rollaway several times but never showed up. Ample secure parking.

Terrible... they had no rooms available although I booked and Paid for the booking in full on Hotels.com. They had to check me in at the Hotel next door... I'm not impressed at all... :-(

Quiet hotel, big rooms, but the service...
Nice great and quiet hotel, not too far from center, too bad the service is not at the level: they had "forgotten" to organize my airport pick-up (at 11:00 PM at Windhoek Airport... I called them, they did not care so had to take an unlicensed cab... I'm a grown man used to travelling in Africa , but this is not ideal...); after that, the room service took one hour and one reminder call to bring me one milk shake and a bottle of water (so I gave no gratuity, which made the waiter so angry he left without saying goodbye and leaving the door open...), and last, I had to extend my stay of one night, but they did not get confirmation from Hotels.com, which they solved by telling me I had to pay again if the confirmation did not arrive on their system... had to call Hotels.com and to complain to hotel management (gladly reactive) to solve the issue, elsehow I'd have had to pay twice...

4 Sterne Hotel - nichts für Geschäftsreisende
Der Internetzugang war praktisch unmöglich, das ist inakzeptabel für Geschäftsreisende. Abrufen von Emails funktionierte nur zweimal am Tag. In der Dusche fehlte Seife, war noch dreckig von vorherigen Gästen, trotz zweimaliger Erinnerung passierte nichts bis ich laut wurde. Es gibt ein Bügeleisen für alle Gäste im Hotel, auch das ist kein 4 Sterne Hotel Standard. In der Dusche fehlen Wasserkräne, das Wasser spritzt einfach aus einem Rohr, wenn man den falschen Hebel bewegt. Essen war zur Hälfte kalt. Das Schlimmste: keiner fühlt sich verantwortlich. Das Management ist zu weit weg.

Most horrific experience, after having traveled and been in hotels over +10 years worldwide. Incredible slow, uninterested staff, non-communicative among each other, my Hotels.com reservation was NOT in their system they claimed - about 1.5 hours later of fighting then it was. The "business" room was dirty, old and run down. Never ever go there.

Very old.
It really needs a makeover this hotel. Everything seems old and worn out. We had a few plugs hanging from the wall, opviously nit working. Had booked a family room - got two seperate rooms? Arrived at 5 pm however the rooms were still not ready? Very disappointing experience.

Most important: staff was very friendly. The first room they offered me was open and could not be looked. Furthermore it was stinking terribly in the room. The next room they gave me better. The internet on the room was absolutely poor. It only worked in the lounge area opposite the reception. Hotel rooms for the same price in Windhoek are equipped much better.

Clean but outdated rooms.
Rooms need a sprucing up... Pool area very nice but the staff is slow serving drinks and food. The spa is very nice as was the massage I had. Room keys are huge and old fashioned... I guess they do not want you to steal he key!! The staff was very helpful in making transportation arrangements and reservations out of the hotel. Internet data so limited that we needed 10 vouchers just to check emails and surf the web. Food was average.

Posizione alla fine del mondo ma con navetta dedicata dal centro città. Wi fi non velicissimo (bella media sfricana). Consigliato se si trova un offerta a prezzo medio.

The staff are very friendly and go out of their way to be helpful.The hotel is OK but needs an update - the door keys are the old fashioned type with large key fobs to carry around. Wifi was OK but I was told that they're upgrading it soon and so expect great things. The swimming pool was great. Recommended, especially once the Wifi is upgraded.

Hotel way out of center of town
Hotel staff barely attentive/responsive to guest. Overpriced by any standard, hotel is old, rooms beyond outdated. Not anywhere close to a 4 star hotel
