« While the original property was unfortunately a late scratch due to a plumbing issue, got another property at the same location that same morning as we arrived. Communication was excellent, the room was good, and the location for being in the midst of Palm Beach was perfect. Grocery store across the street, lots of great restaurants. Just keep in mind that Palm Beach is an expensive place if you go, but the room and management was everything I expected. No disappointments! »

« Vasca manages many condos at the PB Hotel. They made many mistakes with my booking. When i checked in the front desk had no knowledge of my reservation. It took 30 minutes to check in. The 1st room sustained water damage from a bad leak upstairs, so Vasca moved me to another of their rooms, excaliming there would be no additional charges. « The place was just perfect for me and my dad to grab some sleep before departing for cruise. The host were absolutely amazing. I got turned around and lost and they got me through. It was just great cause I was traveling with my 81 year-old dad and it was late when we got there. The area was very nice. There were people jogging at night and walking their dogs. Plus, it was a very short ride from there to the port would highly recommend and definitely will stay again »

« The property was nice and neat. However it was a bit small for me and my son. My son had to sleep on the pull out sofa bed which was terribly uncomfortable with a very poor mattress. However, the apartment would be ideal and good value for a single person or couple. Overall we enjoyed our stay due to the convenience of great walking along the water front and of restaurants near by. Also the host was very easy to work with and came back to us very quickly on questions or requests. »
