Superb
This motel is a joy! I defy anyone to find better staff & service in a 5* hotel... Excellent advice on where to go and eat. The beach is about 3 mins by car and walkable in about 10 mins. The motel and grounds are very well cared for with lovely shrubs and flowers around the property. No hesitation in recommending here!

Loved this clean, bright, quaint inn. It is an older property but that is part of the charm and it is well maintained. Lovely hands-on family-run who graciously made calls and recommendations to help when I found a nail in my tire. Walking distance to beaches and easy driving to great restaurants and other areas! Highly recommend! Thanks!

My first time to the Cape and my stay was very enjoyable!! The owners were very gracious and helpful with all kinds of fun suggestions from restaurants to activities. The property is immaculate as well. The only thing I personally I could improve was the bed. A little too firm for my liking. But I like a soft mattress. I would definitely stay again. Very quiet and super clean!

Our stay was wonderful. The establishment is clearly run with pride. The location is great, 15 minute walk to Pleasant Rd. Beach or drive there early and park for $20. Right across from mini golf and a great family restaurant. The pool was well maintained and cleaned daily. Maid services also offered daily and no shortage of towels wand toiletries. We look forward to staying again.

An amazing place! We loved our room and the property. So clean! We loved the owner also. Love the Christian flag flying proudly on the property along with the American flag. Can’t wait to go back!

An absolutely 10-star + experience. Check-in with Brant was truly a breeze. He couldn't have made it more pleasant and easy. We had 6 rooms, and everyone was super clean, super comfortable, A+++. I highly recommend A Beach Breeze Inn, and hope to have an opportunity to stay there again soon!

A wonderful place to stay. Pam and son Brant couldn't have been more helpful or informative and did everything they could to make sure my stay was a pleasant one. Room was immaculately clean, plenty of toiletries, coffee maker and coffee & tea in the room, microwave, fridge with a couple of bottles of bottled water included. They lent me a tarp with bungee cords to protect my bicycle from the rain, gave me some great suggestions for places to eat and things to see and do as well as directions to bike trail. Lots of coffee and muffins in the lobby to satisfy my caffeine addiction! Wonderfukl place to stay and I look forward to my next visit!

Enjoyed a lovely two night stay here in early September. The front desk staff were warm and helpful and able to accommodate a booking change when Expedia said they wouldn’t. The rooms are dated but charming and clean.

A Beach Breeze Inn was very clean and comfortable. Our hostess, Pam, was terrific! She gave us some great things to do. I would definitely recommend staying at A Beach Breeze Inn!

Such a cute inn on the cape. The owners are very nice and have a ton of local ideas and tips for your vacation. The inn is a close walk to pleasant beach and you can avoid paying $20 for parking. The water is also warmer on the Nantucket sound side of the cape, so thats another plus. Reasonably priced and a great location, can't ask for much more!

The hotel was super clean, a little outdated but nice. Staff was super helpful and nice. Pool was nice to have. Mini fridge was cooled. Showers were a little small but not bad. Location was good not to far from food or the beach.

We spent a week here in celebration of our 40th anniversary. The location is central to the Cape, the facility is homey and immaculate, and the owners and housekeeping staff could not have been more accommodating. Owner Pam has printed directions to every possible destination as well as some you may not have considered. Their incredible hospitality and attention to detail made this a true Olde Cape Cod experience. Wouldn't hesitate to return!

The property was extremely clean and the staff was friendly. The housekeeping especially were very good at their job - this coming from a former housekeeper who is detail oriented. No continental breakfast was served but that was okay because they had some wrapped goods and free coffee in the mornings, as well as many easily accessible dining locations. I would definitely come back here.
