Hotel was a great location in terms of accessing the Rossyn Metro Station so we could get to DC quick and easy. Loved the Metro access door on the corner of the property. Staff was very friendly and always helpful. Inside our room we could hear the air conditioners from the outside of the building. Our room looked on over that portion of the roof. Sometimes we heard people in the hallway but I know that you really can't control that. Floor of room was poorly vaccumed. Rest of the room was clean and taken care of throughout our stay. TV choices were average. Thank you

Only one elevator working on the property, which makes it a bit inconvenient, otherwise, the hotel is pretty nice and centrally located. Plenty of dining options available.

Enjoyed our stay. The reason for being there was a little sad as we had to bury my Mother in Arlington. But the staff was great. Jason at the bar watched out for us the first day as our room wasn't ready at 4 pm. He kept going up to the front desk to keep checking. We scheduled a brunch at the restaurant on the day of the funeral. George really worked with me on the menu. The food was excellent and everyone commented on the quality of the food and the service. I researched many hotels in the DC area. This hotel had many excellent reviews. It met our expectations to the fullest. We were a family of 4 (2 teens). We were a bit reluctant when we found our room was located right next to an elevator, however, it was a great location. I think it ended up being a corner room (we reserved a double queen room). It was so spacious for us and extremely clean. The bathroom could use some fixing (faucet leaked out sides and shower could use a watergaurd on the floor) but I am not going to lower my 5 star rating because of it. I didn't realize Hyatt's housekeeping policy is you need to request your room to be made up daily. I also won't lower the rating for that. I booked our stay with complimentary breakfast and it was phenomenal every morning. So clean and quiet with a huge variety of food offerings. The staff at breakfast was phenomenal as well and always greeting us with smiles daily. The location is perfect with so many great take out or eat in options (highly recommend Wise Guys Pizza and Taco Rock) as well as the convenience of a Target directly across the street. The metro station was a 2-minute walk down the street. Highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely be back.

The hotel was very clean and accessible. The hotel staff was helpful. My only real complaint is that the parking was very expensive for guests, while other rates were posted for non-guests that were much cheaper (but not guaranteed). Also, the breakfast was very expensive with no option for grab and go.

We had a wonderful stay. Our only nitpick is there was no complimentary coffee service. There was an older keurig machine inside the room, but it worked with difficulty. There was no lobby coffee available except for a Starbucks barista bar for purchase. You could get coffee with the purchased breakfast as well. But if you are a coffee addict like me there is so room service available for coffee or any lobby coffee without purchase. Small complaint for sure.

Rooms were dirty and bedsheets were not clean. Sink was clogged and used soaps were left. We use Hyatt hotels regularly but this was the worst one.

Parking is expensive and did not like that no coffee was available for purchase during the weekends. The staff was attentive and courteous.

I would never stay here again . First when we first came in you could tell that hotel guest and staff didn’t want us there. Second the first night we had a noise complaint but the staff told us he heard us from the 7th floor, now how is that possible? Lastly we was waiting for our Uber and a lady was trying to throw something away in the trash and bumped my friend without saying excuse me and my friend told her can you say excuse next time and the lady told the staff what my friend said and the staff ran told us just because she VIP we can’t do that to her. So I said you just let anybody with vip do whatever to other guests that paid to be here. Me and my friends felt uncomfortable the whole stay. The staff was racist and discriminating towards us , never again.
