The hotel was clean and quiet, but the only issue we had was with housekeeping. I don’t expect the sheets to be changed until we leave, but I expect at least the trash cans to be emptied and the towels to be replaced. We had to twice asked for towels and toilet paper, which we ran out of. There was no soap in the shower dispenser, and are these things that I believe should be kept up on a daily basis.

The room was fine for what we needed. But the elevator smelled strongly of marijuana. The hotel is very conveniently located for easy access to the airport which made it a grest place to stay the night before a flight.

This hotel is close to the airport and made for a perfect spot to stay after a late flight before heading home. The room was clean, well appointed and the bed comfortable which was a must after 13 hours of flying. The hotel is in a great location, safe, very walkable. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel itself was clean. The rooms were very well kept. I like how they have the body wash, shampoo bottles on the walls.. very convenient. Now the bad was the noise level. At 7am there was a work crew banging away at something that sounded like a drum. At 730am they began using a jack hammer to tear up the sidewalk on the hotel property. If you can ask for a room away from the street, I think you should be fine.

Timothy, we understand that pricing and noise levels were concerning for you during your stay. Our hotel offers amenities and experiences that may command a different rate than some other locations, including parking for which most hotels in the area charge over 40. Hilton Garden Inns do not provide complimentary breakfast; however, if you are a Diamond or Gold Hilton Honors member, you get 10 per person food credit. Regarding the noise, your comfort is our top priority, and we always aim to maintain a peaceful atmosphere. We appreciate your feedback and do offer various packages which include breakfast. We hope that you'll consider staying with us again so we can provide a better experience.

The property would not approve my request to change the dates of my reservation. My co-workers have been staying at this property frequently so I'm disappointed in that decision. Expedia did not respond to the change requedt within their 72 hour stated timeframe. I've been using Expedia much more frequently in my business travel. So that's disappointing too.

Has on site parking "when they arent repairing it". Its fairly inexpensive comparedto other hotels in the area. The location is close to highways to travel to DC and parts of MD. The rooms are clean but basic. It serves its purpose to save money and be just outside of areas with dining like in DC.

Checked in and informed that there is a mandatory power outage tomorrow after 7 am. No elevator, no lights, no hot water, no AC, no breakfast. No pre-notification to change plans and no cancellations. Oh by the way, paying full price. Thanks for the quality service Hilton.

We notified our guests as soon as Dominion Power notified us as this was emergency work completed by them, not by the hotel. This is the reason we wrote letters and hung them together with those from the power company. We acknowledge that timely notification is important, and we always strive to keep our guests well informed. It’s close to the airport. Facilities were a little “tired”. Hallway worn, floor uneven. Shower head was coming apart. Bath towel had a dirty spot that was bright red and wet! Was given the wrong receipt (will call to straighten out when I get home) Place was not up to Hilton standards.

Something was wrong and strange. I booked a room for two people and found only two towels in the bathroom. We want to take an evening bath and a morning shower and we did not find towels in the morning because there are only two towels and I have not seen this bad thing in any other hotel. Would have given a better review but the smell of WEED in our room on NON smoking floors was so bad we called the front desk. Nothing was done about it as the smell persisted for several more hours. Hotel Bar and restaurant very pricey. But great location to hit the Metro and explore DC..

It wasn't the jet noise - I'm fine with that. It was the almost comically loud drag racing every night and on the last night, the gift of the all night car alarm. I understand that accessible rooms have lower beds; it's why I usually get one if available. This was a WELL worn spring mattress on a platform. Not a box spring or really even any support so you just kind of slide to the low spot throughout the night. Staff was great. Location travel-wise was excellent. Worst bed ever.

Upon arrival to the airport we called for a shuttle and we were picked up in 10 minutes. We arrived early, before check-in and left our luggage at the hotel. They were very welcoming. The rooms are spacious and clean. The location is close to a CVS and the Metro.

My only complaint was the flashing light in the room. Other than that, the night staff was amazing and the morning staff was friendly enough.
