Tout était parfait de l’arrivée au départ. Buffet déjeuner exquis! Nous avions même deux coupons par personnes pour les 5 à 7 quotidiens de l’hôtel. Seul bémol, la barmaid utilisait ses doigts pour prendre les olives pour les cocktails au bar …issshhhhh. Sinon je recommande fortement.

Le personnel à l'acceuil et pour les déjeuners était très attentionné et invitant L'hotel était en rénovation; La piscine, le vrai gym et le lounge étaient tous fermés. L'insonorisation était vraiment horrible; nous entendions la chambre d'à côté où la personne parlait fort (bon ton mais pas criard) et nous entendions constamment les conduites d'égout dans les murs (chasse d'eau de toilette)

Très bonne situation près du centre. Grande suite spacieuse, salle de bain et literie propre et adéquate mais matelas trop mou. Décoration à refaire; tapis et tapisserie défraîchis. Petit déjeuner buffet très ordinaire qui se termine à 9h30 en semaine et 10h30 en we avec cohue à la fin. Moquette très sale dans la salle à manger.

Correct.
Tout était correct, sauf le petit déjeuner (très très "américain", par exemple aucune viennoiserie, mais par ailleurs copieux, donc là, tout dépend des goûts de chacun), l'insonorisation au niveau des chambres (pour peu que les voisins ne soient pas discret, vous vivez avec eux) et le fait que l'on ne puisse pas du tout ouvrir les fenêtres. Un + pour l'emplacement.

My check-in was HORRIBLE! It took almost 45 minutes and the Front desk employee who initially was checking us in, charged another guest’s charges to my credit card and then lost my reservation and couldn’t check us in. Horrible service at check in and refused to accommodate adjoining rooms or rooms on the same floor near each other. I will not be staying at this Embassy Suites again in the future.

was very disappointed didn’t get to check into our room untill 6:30 pm . Also did not get the city view room i paid for. Was given 100 voucher to restaurant to compensate us for the delay but was still charged for restaurant. Said to charge to bill and they will deduct but didn’t
