Au premier abord nous avons été surpris : ayant réservé une chambre d'hôtel nous ne nous attendions pas à être dans une cabine, en bordure d'un espace réservé aux RVs. Il faut donc savoir que les chambres sont dans des cabines en bois de 2 unités, et si vous souhaitez être dans la partie hôtel il faut réserver une chambre supérieure. Finalement c'était plutôt pas mal bien que ne valant pas le prix payé, mais c'est le lot de tous les hébergements proches d'une entrée du parc. Nous avons mangé sur place le soir et c'était très bon. Le petit déjeuner est bien aussi. Bémol : le jacuzzi était en panne et la date de réparation n'était pas connue (un enfant y avait fait ses besoins). Prévoir des provisions car Wapiti est un lieu-dit, il n'y a aucun commerce. Mais c'est rapide d'aller à Cody (20mn pour aller au rodéo qui était super) et il y a un grand Walmart à l'entrée de la ville. N'hésitez pas à aller au Visitor centre à la chambre de commerce : ils sont extrèmement sympathiques et serviables

Decouverte de Yellwstone
3 nuits pour visiter Yellowstone, lieu ideal pour sejourne avec vue splendide et isole . Petit bemol: literie trop molle et instable, on se dirait sur un bateau, tanguage!!!! Sinon bon accueil et personnel agreable

Une heureuse découverte !
Comme il n'y avait aucune possibilité d'hébergement dans le parc Yellowstone au moment de notre passage, nous nous sommes rabattus sur ce que la petite localité de Wapiti (Wyoming) avait à offrir: le "Yellowstone Valley Inn". Compte tenu du prix plutôt modeste de notre "cabin", nous nous attendions à un degré minimal de confort. Or, quelle ne fut pas notre surprise en entrant dans notre chambre d'allure rustique ! En effet, nous y avons notamment découvert une chambre "chaleureuse" et propre, bien décorée et comprenant de nombreuses facilités (frigo et Internet en particulier). À cela s'ajoute un très bon déjeuner (chaud) préparé par un personnel fort cordial. Un agréable séjour en définitive !!

Hello. The front desk is open until 8:30 Tues-Sat. Prior to closing, everyone who has not checked in is texted a box number and security code to access your map (with wifi information on the bottom right) and key.Sorry you had any inconvenience.

The deadbolt lock on the front door was broken. The window coverings did not completely cover the window or the patio door so did not have a lot of privacy. Staff was rude when I checked in. They did help me put air in two of my tires so I could get back on the road. Had to check in by 6:00 pm which was inconvenient.

Sorry for any inconvenience. I will look into the short drapes. Due to low staffing and occupancy due to a slow economy, we are not a 24 hour front desk. We make every effort for guests to check in 24 hours a day by use of our security boxes which are accessible 24 hours.

Just 30 miles away from yellowstone national park, if you want stay this location Cary with you some food. Because they have food but not much options

Wonderful Experience
What a great find for us. The cabin was great and the bathroom was spacious. The staff was friendly and it really served our purpose. I would absolutely recommend the Yellowstone Valley Inn to anyone looking for a place to stay by the park.

The place was beautiful. The cat was friendly. The bed was comfortable. The e-mail said to call ahead if you were arriving late to get a lockbox number. I did call twice and both times they said they would send a text or email with info. Both times there was no customer service. You can't get service in the park to receive a text or e-mail. Got hung up on once when i was going to ask more questions. We had to cut our trip in the park short to get there before they closed.

This property is well built and modern, but in a rustic style. It is located in a remote area where you can see wild animals, farm animals, and birds. The night sky is unlike anything I have experienced in Boston. It’s actually full of stars. Other than a couple of flood lights there is no light pollution whatsoever

20 minutes to east Yellowstone entrance. We were pleasantly surprised at how pretty and quaint the little cabin is. Having never stayed in a place like that before it was such a delight. Clean, pretty, quiet and quaint. While the property was lovely, there was no free breakfast (which was advertised) and no breakfast at all most days. We ate at the lodge only one night because it was really awful. The staff were not openly hostile but one can tell when people are not happy, additionally we could hear staff complaining about the job. My experience says this is usually the result of poor management, not poor employees.

It’s a very well maintained property. Be sure you take food if you’ll be there on Sunday or Monday. Their restaurant is only open from Tuesday to Saturday 5:30 p.m. to 9 p. m. There are numerous charcoal grills on the property. Their dinner menu is small but delicious. 30 miles back to Cody for restaurants. The amenities were nice.

You have been blocked from any future reservations at our resort as you disregarded the Non Smoking sign on the door and smoked in the cabin for the multiple days you were there. It took 2 days to clear out the smell and the room had to be blocked during this cleaning.All amenities on site are up and operational including: store, coffee bar, bar, restaurant, laundry room, gym, pool, and hot tub. Wifi has been slower as other guests are streaming and uploading pictures, over 100 plus users at any given time.

This is a very family oriented property. We stayed at the campground in 1989 with our sons, in 2005 with our oldest grandson and in 2023 at the Inn with our 5th grandchild. The owner greeted us and was very friendly, especially to our granddaughter. The room was excellent with a backdoor view as beautiful as the front! The room was very clean, breakfast and dinner options were great. Definitely would recommend Yellowstone Valley Inn to anyone visiting the area!

Cabin in the mountains.

This property is not close to town but is absolutely beautiful and you will not be disappointed in the view. We were in one of the walkout rooms in the hotel building. We could sit out back along the river and just relax.

Quiet and conveniently located. We arrived at 5pm and the front desk staff was already closing. She said the wi-fi was poor which was not true, it was non-existent! Very inconvenient as I needed to work from my compuyer and had to drive into Cody every night to use Walmart wi-fi.
