The variety of options on the cable was excellent, that's where it ends. The rooms were dirty, dirt left in the corner of the bathrooms, carpet old, major dip in the floor in room 19, room 11 was particularly dirty. Room 19 TV stand/dresser drawers were held up with a 2x4. The furniture is dated, place needs a remodel, and I paid $338.00 for 2 rooms in one of the worse places I have stayed at in years.

Please change the listing. There is no hot tub as listed. The sweet front desk girl said there hasn't been one for a long time.

I was pleasantly surprised on this property as most outlying hotels/motels are very questionable but this one is nice and the lobby/dining is great

Conveniently located; hot breakfast with the ready-to-order menu item freshly made; staff was friendly and helpful; hot tub jets not working and some exercise equipment out of order, but overall a good stay. We loved the king room suite layout.

Room 37 appeared to be in an older section, as the room is showing its age and linens/towels are threadbare, with no additional blankets. Wifi did not work in room. Christina at front desk was friendly and tried to assist, but said I would have to call BW tech support to perhaps reconfigure our devices, as she could not suggest alternatives. We chose not to call, as we checked in at 9:30 pm. In the morning, the Wifi worked properly in the breakfast area, proving our devices were not at fault. As well, our room looked out to junk in a field. Breakfast staff person was very friendly as well. Overall, staff were very good, but Wifi and age of room were not up to what we expect as BW rewards members.

We appreciate you letting us know so that we can improve. Also, when making a future reservation please let our staff know you would like a room in our main building and we will be glad to put you in one. Many guests like our older style rooms however, they are not for everyone.

This is an old style motel. Some of the rooms are arranged motor court style around a newer 2 story building. No elevator. Ok pool and fitness room. Excellent breakfast with a chef making fresh eggs.

Very nice Best Western.
The roads were closed down early for the evening so I reserved a room at Best Western Rambler. Just thinking it was your typical motel off a major highway. I couldn't have been more wrong! The motel staff was extremely nice and accommodating, the hotel was super clean, and in the morning was treated to a cooked to order breakfast! I will know where to go next time I get caught in a snow storm!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were especially impressed with the chef and the hot breakfast he made for the guests. Our room was clean and smelled fresh.

Pleasant and Convenient
We like to stay at the Rambler because it’s close to the highway and interstate. The staff there are very pleasant, especially the gentleman that cooks the breakfast! We enjoyed the breakfast burritos very much!

The Best Staff in every way.
The staff and management here at the Best Western Rambler, are by far the sweetest, sincere and most helpful of nearly every hotel/motel chain I've stayed at. The room we stayed in was nice and spacious, however the room could have been a bit cleaner and the sheets needed replacing. They serve a nice warm (or cold) breakfast. They have an indoor pool but its unheated so was unable to go swimming, but the staff was upfront about it before I booked the room, so it wasnt a surprise. The property was nice and quiet, and they do have a washer/dryer that can be used at any time of day or night and the price was the lowest I have ever paid in a hotel for a load of laundry. Overall it was a great experience solely because of their unbelievably awesome staff (The all deserve a raise!)

The rooms were clean, staff very friendly. The hot tub was broke, ice machine broke and was aware there was no elevator. Two guests with bad knees made the stairs difficult. Had not thought to ask about one.
