Une réservation non honorée, quelle galère
Une seule chambre était disponible, pour 2 payées via hotels.com/expedia. Aucune excuse des réceptionnistes, aucune solution proposée, refus de nous faire une attestation comme quoi une seule réservation avait ététransmise à l'hôtel et utilisée... nous n'avions plus qu'à contacter expedia, joignable uniquement par téléphone, ce qui n'était pas possible avec nos abonnements français ! Bref, une heure d'errance d'hôtel en hôtel pour trouver une 2e chambre. Sinon, chambre correcte, bruyante du fait de la proximité de l'interstate.

Place to crash, nothing else. Hotel was OK, toilet kept clogging. Traffic detours because of construction made it hard to reach

If it wasn't for the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, I would definitely give this place a solid 1. They were the only bright spot at this place. The carpets were filthy, cigarette ashes everywhere on the floor (despite being a non-smoking place), and the shower had mold on the ceiling that looked liked it had been just patched over. Don't even get me started on the weird black stains in the toilet!!! The beds were terrible - my husband said he felt like he was sleeping in a "V" all night. The noise from within the hotel was crazy - none of us got any sleep! We were supposed to be there for two nights for an event with my son but we left after one night. We opted to drive the hour and a half back and forth to our home instead of subject ourselves to this place any longer. The whole place needs an upgrade and DEEP CLEANED!! Front staff were FANTASTIC, tho. Super helpful and understanding. Keep them - change the hotel.

It is a convenient location within a close distance to attractions. Front desk staff seemed bothered that we wanted to check in. Elevator was questionable so we used the stairs.

The room we stayed in was nice, except the sink in the bathroom had a small leak from the fosset. Also there weren't many electric outlets in the room. We were very disappointed with the breakfast. No fruit. No eggs, bacon, or sausage. They only had cereal, waffles, toast and yogurt to eat. brwakfast.

From the moment you walk in the whole first floor’s smell of marijuana just hits you. You keep thinking maybe that was just someone who walked in before me but later realize that the first floor smells like that all the time. I was there for two nights and the smell was so strong. Having so called “breakfast” in the middle of that stinch was just disgusting. The breakfast are was extremely dirty and the trash cans were so full you couldn’t even throw your own trash away. The coffee comes from a machine that makes like 15 other drinks as well so the coffee was horrible. It didn’t even taste like coffee. There were no coffee cups. Instead you are given really small styrofoam cup that leaves no room to add anything else to it. Your only options on breakfast was yogurt (mostly frozen), cereal ( looked very old), sliced white bread, or make yourself a waffle. The room itself seemed clean, but everything in there was so old and not well taken care of. The door had a hard time closing and had lots of drilled holes through it. The ceiling in the restroom looked very ugly from constant repairs on a leak from the room above us. The air conditioner would blow out a nasty moldy smell every once in a while. If I hadn’t prepaid for the room already, I would most certainly have walked out and left. Never again will I ever book that hotel.

When we arrived to our room the bed was unmade common not regular cleaning Supposedly upgraded us when they were supposed to be booked and still did not look to have been clean just a straighten up. I work in medical field and I know how a bed that was just straightened up versus a brand new bad and the bathroom was not the best.

The room they gave us , the door was opened they were mumbling inside and all The furniture was moved, literally the tv stand was all the way towards the middle of the room so unsafe for my kids

The front desk clerk is rude the female Crystal. She doesn’t know where anything is she’s not gonna help you with anything. My TV didn’t work. The Wi-Fi didn’t work and I felt completely unsafe due to all the homeless people outside.

As soon as we stepped off the elevator the hallway smelled of cigarette smoke. Our room door was open and the smell just went right in. Only one light worked in the room and the bathroom was dark too. The shower curtain rod was about to fall off the wall. The flooring was coming up in spots. The air conditioner didn’t work well either. Overall it’s a never stay there again for us. The whole property needs fixing up. Definitely not worth the price we paid.

They don’t even come in take the trash out your room they don’t service you with new towels not alone make the bed it’s definitely not a place I would recommend someone staying at been here 4 nights straight it’s like they don’t even go to your room until you leave

Very convenient by the hwy. traffic noise was loud. Bed was comfortable, bathroom is dated and wasn’t very clean. Musty smell, staff quick but not friendly.

I've stayed at better Super 8 than this. The Cable tv is trash with very little channel. Breakfast was terrible, all I could do is use the coffee I had in my room. Not worth the price.
