The lobby mens room was unkept & quite messy. Over all the place was otherwise clean and enjoyable.

Did not get the room I booked. Was not told prior. Staff was rude and unapologetic. Was lied to about speaking to a manager. Was told he was in calls the few times I called. Then was told he never came in. Pull out couch was a twin on floor that when you laid on it you felt every spring and the floor under. Woke up with bug bites. There were barely any outlets. I booked a hotel for 5 people and recieved a room with 1 bed and 1 pull out couch that was actually just a twin bed that rolled out. And as stated above very uncomfortable. So unprofessional and rude. We had stayed here a few years ago and enjoyed, I would never go back or recommend.

SO clean and well kept! One of the quietest hotels I've ever stayed in. Comfortable. Great amenities. Free breakfast. Safe. Wonderful staff.

The hotel was so clean and the staff was super helpful when we checked in late at night. The hotel room was big enough for our family of 5 and so clean! The breakfast was easy to grab and go and had options for all of us! Would stay there again anytime!!

I wanted to express my displeasure with my current stay. My wife and I arrived March 12th and when we arrived to our room our toilet was not working. I immediately notified the front desk and his solution was for him to try to find a plunger and I had to go get it and fix the toilet myself. The plunger he gave me was garbage ( your maintenance guy said he was throwing it out) .The next morning it was fixed. During the night my wife and I had to use the washroom on the main floor several times which meant getting dressed each time to go to the washroom. Apparently there were no other rooms available. When we arrived back at our room the next day there were no clean towels and the bed was not made. I later was told the rooms are not cleaned every day. News to me.

I’m so pissed off with management. I stayed at this hotel for one reason THE POOL! It was closed both days with no answer on when it would be available! It’s the Weekend why would you turn off or do maintenance on your busiest day! I want my refund. I had to hear my kids wine both day because pool wasn’t available. We bought shorts toys for the pool and to come and not have it available is unacceptable.

I appreciated Marie’s level of friendliness and professionalism. She made great recommendations, provided a breakdown to the hotel amenities. Nice quiet stay with plenty of parking.

Really liked the separate entry area with tiny kitchenette, however, the refrigerator really did not work. Had only 3 items placed within it & they were not chilled overnight. My husband called the desk upon arrival & followed the lady's instructions to confirm it was adjusted correctly, yet it never turned on to run. As we had small bottle of milk, we placed it in the ice bucket to keep it chilled for use.

Room was clean but toilet would not flush. Must not have an on site maintenance person because we were offered a plunger to try or move rooms. We were already settled in so we tried the plunger & did not have any more trouble. Beds were not the most comfortable we have had. Lady at front desk was very nice and helpful. Grandkids loved the fish tank in the lobby.

The air conditioning blower was very loud. I noticed that the return air filter grill and the air filter behind it were both very dirty.

Wonderful hotel in general. The beds in this particular room were not as comfortable as usual and it didn't seem quite as perfectly clean as in the past.

Room was spacy, clean and comfortable. Everything except one Point ist absolutly fine and without any doubt. Only the Breakfast is absolutly not tolerable: only a small Buffet with limited choice, instrustrial egg pieces and Plastic tableware. Plastic knives and forks, Plastic dishes…..no Style and too much trash

Great staff not so great room
The room was spacious but bed were super uncomfortable and bathroom paint was falling off. Bathroom had no ventilation and whenever someone showered the water went all over the bathroom and with my kid I felt it wasn’t safe. The safe I did come I contact with were helpful and pleasant.

Marie was so hospitable and welcoming! She was warm and patient, a wealth of information, and most of all, an asset as the first face associated with Springhill Suites Waco Woodway. We would most certainly return to this location again.
