Le fait de pouvoir se stationner juste devant la porte est génial, pas besoin de traverser de longs corridors avec les bagages. Un seul point négatif, un seul fauteuil, une 2e chaise aurait été tres appréciée . On en a réclamé une à la réception mais sans succès !

It's an old property. The rooms have been updated and weren't bad, but the fit in the bathroom for was poor and it wouldn't close all the way. There's no closet and only one drawer. The staff was friendly and helped quickly when my key card stopped working.

The staff at this hotel/motel is phenomenal. Quickly responsive to needs. The rooms are clean and fresh. Comfortable beds with new looking linens. It is NOT in a beautiful part of Waco — it is located beside I-35 North and a used car lot. It did feel safe though. My sense is that many of the patrons of this hotel are in the area for long term work like highway construction, etc. The exterior of the property looks rundown and the pool is kind of sad. But you will miss a real value if you only look at the outside. We did not eat breakfast, but what I saw others eating looked good.

The best part of the stay was the front desk staff. Nice and friendly and welcoming. I also appreciate that the room was generally clean.....but, this is a very dated property. The exterior and the interior needs major updates. The floors in the room are uneven (very). Almost like they are mushy. The front door shuts but not completely. There was a gap between the door and frame. The bathroom door has to be forced to shut and the sink fixture completely moves back and forth. The TV is old (30 inches maybe) and too small for the room. The breakfast was adequate but every table wobbles and the tops move. I travel quite a bit and I know that I was not choosing to stay at a five star place but this property is not acceptable in my opinion. It needs fixed and updated. Wyndham should send representatives as I don't think this should be in their portfolio unless things are fixed. As a matter of fact, when I look at my bill, the bill says Motel 6 Waco...which, honestly, is more like it, and if I knew it, I would not have chosen it. Please hear me say, I know I was choosing a Days Inn, but there are standards that need to apply to this name brand and this hotel does not meet the mark. I was so uncomfortable we left a night early, and I paid to stay somewhere else. Sorry Days Inn, I hate to leave this review but it is what I experienced and others should know.

Our floor was in bad disrepair under the carpet. You could feel a lifted board and it made it unsteady to walk in that area. Overall for price a good, clean facility. It would have been nice to have a luggage rack and a place to put your soap in the shower.

Carpet in Room 136 was stained and dirty. The bathtub surface was covered in a strange laminate that was peeling and had holes in it. Wood door frame in the bathroom was rotting. Chrome surfaces on plumbing were rusty. Bathroom door scraped the floor, it was too big for the floor tile. Door into room was too small for the frame and had gaps around the entire door. It was not sealed.

There wasn't any check-in staff on-site from 3:55-4:05 p.m. By the time that the 2 staff members sauntered in, there were 6 guests waiting for assistance in a stuffy reception area without air conditioning. There is obviously a lot of remodeling going on. The room was clean enough, but the halls, stairs and outside of the buildings are old, worn, and in disrepair. A strong smell of fresh paint permeated the building and room. The "security" door into the 2nd floor area does not fully close unless forcefully slammed shut. Most times it is left open and anyone can access the building.

Hotel is off highway but I’m a bad part of town. Hotel is a bit rough looking to say the least. Room was nice but the shower leaked rust and was very poorly installed or repaired. Went to check out and the man at front desk and another man were having a cussing match which got very loud with people trying to eat breakfast. I would not recommend this hotel, better off staying at a cheap motel 6 for 20 bucks.

Hard to find coming from the north. Horns honking in the early morning. Ceiling above bath looked like it would fall in. No Kleenex. Fan in bathroom on all the time. Didn’t seem like a very nice neighborhood. Breakfast okay, nothing special. Staff very friendly.

Overall a very nice place everyone was very nice. Only thing I noticed the carpet looked clean but my socks were totally dirty on the bottom might have been the bathroom floor but not sure otherwise very nice access to room.

There was a lot of improvements that needed to be done, roof leaks, equipment not hung on the walls properly, and the door to access the inside by keycard would not pull close to lock. The first room that was given to us reeked of smoke and weed.
