D'entrée de jeu, lorsqu'on nous donne nos clé pour un séjour de 7 nuits, on nous informe qu'il n'y a pas de ménage qui y sera fait. Nous devons venir faire les changements de serviette nous même à la réception. La machine à glace est plogué mais sans eau, on doit aller chercher un petit sac de glace maison à la réception. L'humidité est tel que le plafond avait des spot de moisissures. Côté propreté, il y avait une bouteille de quelques choses en arrière du lit et autres débris en arrière de la table de salle de bain qui laisse voir que c'est le minimum qui est fait. Mais malgré tout ça et un peu plus, je risque d'y retourner car c'était le meilleur ratio qualité prix.

Great location, really near (walking distance) the beach, stores, and restaurants. Cleaning was alright but not great (dirty shower curtain, stains in the bathtub).They don't do daily cleaning, so after a week, garbage bins were full. We did ask for a cleaning mid-week and they agreed to do it, but not a full cleaning.

Our safe for one night was great. The only issue I had was the noise from neighbors. The property is well maintained, the staff friendly, & excellent location to shopping, restaurants, & the beach! Just a 3 minute walk!!!

The property outside definitely needs some maintenance looks very worn. The room itself was nice the towels were a bit dirty the walls needed new paint . Overall the stay wasn't horrible and the beach was in walking distance definitely the highlight of my stay.

I arrived later than expected and was greeted by friendly staff. I entered my room and to my surprise the room was nice. The shower was clean, the floors were clean, and the beds were neat…the only thing I would suggest is bring your pillows from home if you like more than one to sleep with. Otherwise I would stay here again!!!

Pool wasn’t even operational, there were mattresses on the ground in the pool area. No water in the pool. Couldn’t even sit in the sun in a chair in that area. The area was convenient and beach is close by. People in front of my room all night long and staff did nothing. Would never stay there again.

I made a reservation for my daughter and her Best friend when they were on their break from college, which was also spring break. Management never said there was any issue, but when they went to book again, they were told that they would need to go back through Expedia and cancel because they didn't have any rooms cleaned. Later when Expedia called to confirm, they gave some story about people coming in and out of the room, nudity, and some other things. None of which had ever been mentioned before or corroborated. I wasn't there so I won't claim that my daughter and her friends didn't have company, but it was spring break. and why were they up at 5:00 am, looking to see who went in and out of their room? Originally my plan was to give a good review because not many places are accommodating for young people, but after that scenario, there's no way I can. Because even if those things were true, why were they not addressed at checkout? They waited until another reservation was made and then refused to accommodate it, even lying then saying it's because they don't have any clean rooms because they didn't have housekeepers, so we can't get our money back instead of rectifying the situation when it occurred. And then threatened to call the police to show them some video they said they took of that night when asked why they didn't say anything at checkout. Communication is key in both business and in life. This situation could've been handled differently and more professionally.
