Propre mais désuet. Emplacement parfait avec toutes des chambres vues sur mer avec balcon. Chambre correcte pour nos besoins. Grand hall d entree pour mettre les choses de plage. Bonne grandeur. Micro onde et frigo. Avec petite table pour manger. Piscine laisse à désirer mais si près de la mer ! J y retournerais pour l emplacement et la vue du balcon !

The front desk staff was extremely helpful and professional, however; housekeeping was not. Housekeepers attempted to come in to my room before check out time- 10:33 to be exact. Check out time is @11am so I’m not sure why that happened. It could have been the communication barrier as she did not seem to understand me. Other than housekeeping busting in and rushing us out stay was pleasant.

Tv never worked in either room because their WiFi sucks really bad Had to get someone to come fix a Tv and heat in one room just for the tv to never work! Elevator went out and had to walk up and down 6 flights! Checked out early and waited for supervisor who never came before 12 the day we left and still no call back or any from manager or any management! Highly upset still!!

The hotel is very nice and clean, the bad thing is that it has no control over visitors, the night I stayed there were people drinking and smoking excessively in the whole room and no one did anything.

Floor didn’t look vacuumed. Bathroom is awkward and tiny. Sucky water pressure. Major problems with the elevator. View was perfect. Bed was comfortable. Would maybe stay again..but probably not.

The location was perfect! Right in the middle of the Boardwalk. Easy walk to everything. The building and rooms however are very old and outdated. Definitely needs a refresh!

I’ve stayed at this property a couple times now and every time it’s been a great experience. Check in is quick, the staff is friendly and helpful, parking is convenient, and the room is always clean. I love that it’s right on the beach and there are plenty of dining and shopping options right there as well. I’ll continue to return to this location!

The staff was very nice and welcoming. The room was acceptable for the age of the hotel. Bed was comfortable, bathroom is dated. Pool area is was not acceptable at all, very old and looked dirty.

I liked the property as I have stayed there at least 10 times before. The front desk personnel was very professional and helpful. However, I was a little disappointed that the shower in #300 did not have a shower curtain. I put towels on the floor to soak up the water. Oh well.

This place is a dump. It is a 1950s concrete box "enhanced" only by the cheapest of make overs. In our room, the coffee maker did not work, the TV was manageable only with a software engineering degree and the room decor was " thrift store yard sale".

The indoor pool was outside the property so its cold and my son was freezing when he went in ans out of pool noisy on 6 floor ac didnt work will never go there again

Im not one to complain typically but when you walk into your room and get stuck to the tile because its so sticky...and i wish i could say it stopped there, our carpeting by the deck door was soaked and there was some kind od red stain across the entire top blanket of the bed. The hotel as a whole was extremely out of date especially the elevators. The front desk staff was very kind and switched out room with no issues, we made it through the rest of the stay but will not be going back again.

So easy to check in get a cart and go to ur room . Don’t have to walk all over the place . Come up to your room look at the ocean . Put your things out and have something to eat . Wonderful to hear the ocean as u sleep! Beds are very comfortable.

I love the ocean view. The room was a good size . The parking is easy . Just park in front and go in . The staff is friendly and happy you are there. The beds are higher up and very comfortable . The lighting is a little dim but still would stay again. Very easy for business have carts to use to bring all your things in at once and leave . Not have walk outside in the hotel . I like the elevator also if havevto bring in more than a piece of luggage .
