The hotel was under renovation. Not noted during booking! Asked for handicap accommodations due to senior with wheelchair. Had to be relocated to try to accommodate and was do-able but far from handicap accommodating. Will never stay there again!

Staff were pleasant & responsive. Hotel needs a major upgrade - carpet was stained, floor boards & furniture were falling apart, & we had to request clean sheets because the ones on the bed had yellow stains. The mattress also needed to be replaced, as it had a huge dip in the middle. Had we been staying longer than 1 night, we would have gone to a different hotel.

Had a huge bug and spider in the room. Rust stains were in the tub. Stale and old smell throughout the building. Very limited number of outlets/plugs in the room. The hotel needs serious renovations.

Even though this property is getting ready to be renovated, it is filthy and obviously needs big-time updating. That said the bed was very comfortable in the sheets were clean.

Staff was great, helpful, and accommodating. Disappointed in cleanliness of room. Bathroom felt dark and damp. Also discovered a cockroach in the morning!

The parking was terrible for the hotel size. The rooms could use upgrades and the overpriced buffet was ridiculous.

Decent average hotel. They are doing some updates and maintenance on the hotel. Elevator was out of service and their restaurant was being remodeled. Great location for jumping on and off the freeways.

I didnt particularly care for the room to be facing the lobby as it was quite loud early in the morning. But the bed was comfy and room was nice.

Loud, no airport shuttle despite the website saying there was. Weed and smoke smell, holes in walls, sink installed backwards and the water pooled and did not drain. Lamps did not work.

NEVER AGAIN!
AWFUL SERVICE! Never again! I am an Active Duty PCSing to Norfolk. My family and I drove EIGHT HOURS. We left home at a specific time thinking the check in was 3 PM just like any other hotel. Halfway through the travel, my wife noticed that they don’t check in until 4 PM. So we called them and asked if we could check in an hour early? The lady asked how far away I was. I said currently 4 hours away and we should be there around 2:45 and 3 PM. She said okay to call back again when I’m 30 minutes away and she will leave a note on my reservation so when I called back, they’ll know. At 30 min away, I called back and a guy answered this time. He said there’s no note on my reservation and he needs to check if the room was ready. He put me on hold for the entire 30 minutes till I got there myself. I went to the front desk, a lady with a manager name tag said “an early check in is ONLY FOR MEMBERS”. When I explained that I called ahead and we just drove 8 hours, she said “the room is not ready anyway”. I went back to my car, we were all tired, especially my 9 months pregnant wife who just wanted to take a shower and lay down. We took a nap in the car and went back to check in at 4. I tried to cancel the reservation while in the car, but it was a non refundable one. The check out is 11 am. So from 11 am to 3 pm, the room was not ready, and magically it was ready from 3 pm to 4 pm. On top of that, our stay was not pleasant at all. NEVER AGAIN!

Never stay again!
Over charged me. Roaches on back of toilet. No where to put luggage but on bed. Toilet stool ran all night. I was not satisfied at all.

Comfortable beds but smelled like weed
Great customer service in the beginning. We stayed 6 nights. We requested our bedding be changed a few nights in and they just MADE the beds. We knew they weren't changed because we dripped a juice and the spot was still there. When we called to talk to front desk , no one would answer so we walked to the desk. They just handed us new sheets.... the hallway and elevator always smelled like weed! We had a 2 year old with us. So didnt appreciate that at all. The wall outlets and plugs were hanging out. Not kid friendly! Customer service when leaving was not friendly. Never said how was your stay, hope you have a good day...nothing. just what was my room number and they would email me my receipt. There was never even a cart so we could carry everything out at 1 time. Had to make 2 trips to the 3rd floor.

If you need a place to stay, its ok. There was considerable mold in the shower, the hotel is older and tired, and I got stuck in the elevator for 20 minutes between floors. The emergency phone did not work in there - I had to use my cell phone. The staff appeared fairly nonchalant, so it must happen a lot. The restaurant in the hotel is decent and it is close to highway -- But for $600 for three nights - you can find a much better hotel.

Smokers only
Let me start by saying that I don't care what people smoke in general, I just expect in a non-smoking property that I can get away from it. The weed smell was so strong we had to be moved to a new room in a different part of the hotel. Entire property is filthy, little things broken everywhere. Breakfast is inadequate for the price charged. The ONLY bright spot was the pleasant staff. If you smoke you might love it but if you don't, just avoid it.
