Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet, das auch sehr lange nachgefüllt wird. Abends Restaurant- und Barbetrieb. Nahe gelegene, günstige Parkmöglichkeit an der Donau. U-Bahn ins Zentrum (U1 Vorgartenstraße) gut erreichbar. Super Zimmerservice! Billa direkt gegenüber.

Trotz sehr frühen Ankunft wurde uns ein äußerst neues und schön gestaltetes Zimmer bereit gestellt. Frühstück war vielseitig, leider ist es etwas eng im Frühstücksraum.

Super nettes Personal und gute ÖPNV-Anbindung. Toll, dass man bei dem Kaffeeautomaten auch Milchalternativen (Mandelmilch) auswählen konnte. Frühstuck ansonsten wie in jedem Hotel.

Can’t fault the staff or service. Hotel room is super comfy and very well appointed - especially the bed and bedding. It’s very new so everything was pristine. Breakfast was excellent. Very good location - 5 minute walk to the U-Bahn and the main line into Vienna, with Stephensplatz etc only 5-10 mins on the train. My only criticism is that the bedroom doors need a soft close mechanism as the banging of the doors reverberates along the corridors.

En cuanto entramos al hotel ya el Hall era muy bonito, la decoración moderna y elegante. En recepción nos atendieron de maravilla y muy amablemente. Todo el personal siempre con buena cara y dispuestos a facilitarnos cualquier petición que tuviéramos, tanto en recepción como en comedor. Las habitaciones también decoradas de forma moderna y elegante. La cama comodísima y con un edredón que proporcionaba bastante confort y calor. La limpieza muy correcta. El desayuno también bueno. Buena relación calidad precio. En resumen, nos encantó el hotel, si alguna vez volvemos a Viena, con toda seguridad elegiremos de nuevo el mismo hotel. Como punto final, destacar la atención de Antonio, que estuvo pendiente de que todo estuviera a nuestro gusto y nos dio recomendaciones sobre Viena.

Extremely well situated property within walking distance of metro links to other parts of the city. Rooms comfortable and clean, bed was excellent as were all the amenities in the room. Could get slightly warm in the night in the room, however this was just a personal preference, yet my husband said the temperature was fine for him. Breakfast was good, with a few vegetarian options available as well as the standard breads, fruits, cereals, teas and coffees. We would definitely recommend this modern, classy hotel. Thank you to all staff.
