Perfect
We stayed only one night as part of our trip to BC and wished we could have stayed longer. Everything was to our liking. Very friendly staff from réception to service people Swimming pool nice overseeing the sea and heated which is lovely after a day walk.

Très bel hôtel, très bien situé.
Grand hôtel, mais pas trop de groupes. Piscine minérale très agréable même lorsque la température est fraîche. Chambre vaste et confortable. Personnel serviable.

Superbe rapport qualité - prix
Meilleur hôtel de notre road trip au Canada. Belle et grande chambre avec vue superbe (même vue partielle mer). Lits très confortables. Espace piscine très agréable (piscine chauffée, peut être même un peu trop). Café à l’arrière avec excellents scones et muffins. Bon restaurant. Même si pas donné un excellent rapport qualité - prix !

Dream hotel
This was a dream hotel for my wife and I and our two boys (5 and 8). We took a room with a view of the ocean. Room are spacious, nice confortable bed, lots of accomodation in the room like fridge, coffee, toaster and plates. We did not want to leave this place, thank you!

Best hotel, best view, happy wife, happy life!

Had a wonderful stay here, seemed more peaceful than downtown and yet close enough to access. A few areas of the property were under routine maintenance or cleaning. Massage at the outdoor gazebo was lovely.

Beautiful property on the water with outstanding views! The hotel is high end, clean, and has wonderful outdoor mineral pools. The Snug pub has character and great beer and food. The staff is very courteous and friendly.

Stayed for 2 nights. Wonderful staff. Faro had good food and great staff as well. Brunch was disappointing. Eggs were overdone and staff was inattentive. Pools are nice but it’s really loud. People had laptops and were shouting on the phone while walking around. The “peaceful” atmosphere vibe does not get achieved at all.

I book ocean view room for our first family trip, but got a room with partial ocean view and it looks different from the pics online. Partial ocean view is much cheaper than ocean view. I’ glad that the staff got us a complementary and upgraded to the real ocean view. However, when we got to the room I found there was a used eye brown brush on the bed which is really gross. Called room service and waited more than one hour for them to clean. Totally wasted our time!!! The hotel is rated 4.6/5 on google and we were expect a nice family trip. This experience did not worth the money. We will never ever back again.

Honestly, this is by far one of loveliest hotels that I have ever stayed in. From that first greeting by the valet staff with a warm friendly greeting to the front desk assistant who took the time to explain where everything was located on the hotel map to the fantadtic servers in both restaurants. A big thank to Haley and Manon at the front desk and to Michael in Faro restaurant (go have the pizza), who were incredibly personable and professional. No fake smiles at this hotel. I will be coming back.

Our stay at The Oak Bay Beach Hotel was wonderful! Our room was beautiful with a garden view, had a patio and twinkling lights on the garden plants outside during the night hours. The room was exceptionally clean and the staff were friendly, accommodating and kind. The bed was comfortable in our hotel room and we were pleasantly surprised that we were able to control the temperature in our room to make it comfortable when we were sleeping. A lot of hotels don't allow the room to go below 67° and our room was able to be adjusted down to 60° which we like to be cool and comfortable when sleeping. We greatly appreciated this feature at the hotel. The mineral pools and hot tubs were beautiful and provided a luxury during our stay that overlooked the bay while you sat in the pool and hot tubs. The pool area also offered delicious drinks and food. The staff in the hotel and poolside restaurant were friendly and attentive. There was a Nespresso cappuccino maker and free sparkling water in the room as well as a spacious refrigerator and a full kitchenette if needed. The hotel room was beautifully decorated from the lighting to the furniture/decor that the room was adorned with. The room had a sliding glass door out to our private patio that allowed for a full view of the garden and the bay with the curtains being optional to open or close depending on our preference from floor to ceiling views. We enjoyed breakfast, smoked bacon eggs benedict and French toast, at the hotel restaurant
