« Très beau condo. Tranquille et près de tout. La douche avait un débit faible et le bain ne drainait pas très bien l’eau. Dans la cuisine, toute la vaisselle utile est là mais il n’y a rien à part sel et poivre. N’oubliez pas de tout apporter pour la cuisson. Sinon, notre séjour a été très agréable et le personnel est vraiment accommodant »

« Cozy, comfy and conveniently located. Just a 5 minute walk to Lionshead gondola. Perfect for a couple. Had everything we needed to prepare basic meals. Bed was comfy, living area furniture too. Some reviews mentioned the accomodation was dated but I didn’t notice. It was fine for a few days stay. Anything longer I might opt for a larger apartment. Overall enjoyed our stay and recommend. »

This condo is decorated very nicely and is quite comfortable. It has everything you could need in addition to great communication from the owner/manager. « Great small home base for two in Steamboat. The views really were excellent on the corner unit and we enjoyed reading with the shades open. There is a shared balcony so be ready to smile and wave as people walk by and wish they were staying here. Bonus was really tall shower heads. I'm 6'7" and didnt have to duck! The kitchen was complete with everything to make small meals for two. Lots of outlets and charging stations. Thanks for welcoming us well to Steamboat Springs! »

« This was a beautiful, well equipped condo in what has become our favorite building in Breck. The condo is steps away from town, on the town transport line to get to the gondola (stop is right outside the front door), and has a helpful front desk to answer any questions about Breckenridge (and take your skis or board to store in a locker). The condo itself has views of town and the mountains, is updated, comfortable, and has everything you would need. We had a wonderful stay and would rent...

« We went during seasons so many of the amenities were closed or under maintenance. They do charge a resort fee, but the manager was very accommodating and did reverse the fee because of the situation. Management and front desk were very kind and communicative. Great location to skiing and town. »

« The 2 queen room worked well for my son and I. Beds were comfy and kitchenette made it easy to prep a simple breakfast. It would be tight for a family of 4. Location is great on shuttle close to town and gondola. but a bit of road noise on the west side. »
