There is a new gas station near by and USPS is just next to the motel. I I like the kitchen. But they better to improve their laundry facility.

At 1am front desk clerk sends a customer to my room by mistake and instead of realizing the room was occupied with the safety latch attached. He starts trying to push his way in.. scariest situation I've been in with my wife. We checked out. Never will go to a red roof again.

Our stay was just okay. The pictures of this property posted online are very misleading. Please note, this is a motel, NOT a hotel. The front counter was very dirty. This is the one area that should ALWAYS be clean because it is the first impression the guests receive. I saw bugs and cob webs in certain areas. The check in area is located at the same entrance as the IHOP restaurant which was very bizarre. The IHOP restroom is located near the counter of the motel, so they share a bathroom. This must be inconvenient for IHOP customers. This bathroom was small and dirty. Our room was very spacious. We stayed in a studio. Bathtub was spacious. We had problems operating the television. Property was a little sketchy. We didn’t see much people staying there and the people that were looked very odd. It didn’t come off as a family oriented place to stay. Overall it was okay.

Floors in room were so dirty, your socks and shoes got black! Curtains had rips in them.Peeling paint in kitchen, soap, shampoo and hand soap dispensers empty. Homeless people living off the side of the building in the woods. I do have to say the pool area was very well kept. And NO BUGS! Thats a major plus.

Booked and paid for 3 king suites. We only were given 2 suites. The rooms smelled like bleach so bad that we woke up with sore throats. I also woke up to a flood in the room coming from under the bed. Stepped down into water when getting out of bed. Remote for the tv only turned it on and off. Could not adjust the channel or volume. I informed the desk of all of this at checkout and was told sorry. No compensation.

A one star is way more than this hotel even deserves. I am absolutely disgusted by the hotel/management. I booked 3 rooms, 2 nights for our employees working out of town they work nights, because they are in the road construction business . They arrived to be checked in at a ihop front desk, hookers trying to reserve rooms to run there business out of and sneak men in followed by police arriving as someone overdosed and narcan was used to bring them back to life. This was an unsafe environment, homeless people hanging in the parking lot. our guys complained, and refused to spend anymore time there. We booked this through Expedia they tried multiple times for a refund to be approved only for a rude young lady to continue to hang up, I’ve personally called multiple times to speak with the manager and I either get hung up on, told they aren’t there and will call back and nothing. I just received an email saying the hotel has declined any refund requests. It’s baffling to me the level of unprofessionalism and lack of accountability for the run down circumstances. They have neglected to do the right thing and it’s extremely distasteful!!! I understand, they checked in around 5pm which I can accept not giving a refund for that night but to completely reject a refund for the 2nd when our guys didn’t even stay there any of the nights. This place is terrible and do not book!!!!

We will never come back!
We were very disappointed! The photos we reviewed on the website must have been old photos including the TVs didn’t work…. They had to send someone to fix them. The roaches on the floor under the chair was the worst! We left early…. We couldn’t stay any longer!

I stood in a line with only 4 ppl in front of me for over and hour then the front desk canceled my reservation acting like I canceled it when I still had to reservation on my phone and threatened to call the police if I didn’t leave because I asked did they give the room away these people were very rude and nasty literally

Worst hotel
Worst hotel yet. Baby ants crawling on counter tops. Stove did not work and no one instructed me to get special pans at check in. Lots of noise outside my room on balcony and in connecting rooms. Food wrappers from prior guests in drawers. Filthy!

I would not recommend staying here with your family, a lot of shady characters staying here? Motel is being repaired all over. Not a good place I felt safe at all..

DO NOT STAY HERE
Poor check in service. The man at the front desk tried to charge me again for the room I already paid for online. Then proceeded to keep talking on the phone while I waited for a room key to be sure I paid for the room already. Even though I had the receipt in my hand which he was not remotely interested in looking at. The room was never touched, which is sometimes a good thing when you don't want your belongings messed with but it was: trash, towels, toilet paper; no one ever came to clean the room, much less empty the trash or replace the towels with fresh ones and as far as toilet paper goes, I had to go to the front desk to ask for more to which they then requested I return my dirty towels to the front desk in order to get fresh towels. Maybe I'm new to this traveling thing but at least the place before I stayed here freshened the room, towels, and toilet paper AND provided toiletries.

I reserved a suite when I went to check in there was no suites.available the front desk club told me I needed to do another reservation on the motel 6 side, so I had to sit there go back online to do another reservation while he canceled the other one that I had made, he gave us a room with no refrigerator and no microwave and ended up charging us the same price, the room next door was was so loud we could barely get any sleep I have three small children and I can hear them laughing and partying in the room next to me the only good thing I have to say about this place was that the rooms were actually clean, I will never be staying there again.

This was one of the worst properties I’ve stayed at ever. The room was terrible. The chair had no cushion there were holes in the wall. The area around it was poorly maintained. The whole place was poorly maintained. I could not wait to get out of there. I was disappointed that Expedia word rent such a place.

The area around the motel was sketchy at best. Thr room smelled like cigarettes and neither the remote for the tv or one of the lights didn't work. I felt very unsafe so I got my money back and went somewhere else.
