« This place was great for our needs. We were three adult women who all wanted our own space, and we got it! Having two bathrooms was perfect (a necessity really) even though they were a bit small. My one comment was that the bed configuration was different than I saw in the listing. It was two queens and a full. There was no room with two twins. « We had a wonderful stay at Stephanie’s place. We booked very last minute while our house was being worked on. She was super responsive and accommodating. We were even able to arrange a late check out while they finished up work at our house. The neighborhood was lovely, we did a lot of walking through the harbor and the beach was beautiful. « Good location, clean space. The room is very small, “studio” alluded to at least a little living space but this is a small bedroom. There is only a few feet around the bed in the room. I called to request early checkin & was told they would text me hourly before 4 pm to let me know if the room was ready. They never let me know and then when we left the cleaners arrived before our 10 am check out. 2 codes required, one is 10 digits long. In my opinion a hotel of comparable cost would provide more...

« We really enjoyed a family girls trip at this wonderful place within short walking distance of the beach. We had everything we needed with very comfy beds and couches, a nice-sized dinner table, games to play, good kitchen appliances, and plenty of bathroom space. It was everything we wanted and needed! « This 1950’s home was well maintained and decorated so well. The inside has comfortable furniture and feels cozy and inviting. Nice special touches with complimentary toiletries was wonderful. We slept well in the quiet neighborhood and the backyard is not only creatively done but we loved having coffee in the “shipping container” room and eating dinners at the little table. « We love this house, the view and location and we had a great time. But, given the price, you expect the house to have decent furnishings. The rug downstairs was filthy and the upstairs couch was not clean and the house needs other updates. The house had been cleaned but the furnishings seemed overused and unclean. We hope the owners will inspect their property and refresh their furnishings because we would love to come back. »
