Regarding the view, we understand that the presence of a yacht may have in part, obstructed the view temporarily, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. However I would like to point out that the pier is private and not managed by the hotel. As for the shower issue, we have addressed the problem with our maintenance team to ensure it does not happen again. Concerning the air conditioning, our rooms are equipped with individually controlled air conditioning systems, and we are sorry to hear that it did not function properly during your stay.
