Hôtel propre et fonctionnel. Chambre petite si l'on considère l'ameublement trop gros pour l'espace. Déjeuner très minimaliste offrant seulement des aliments sucrés et aucune source de protéines. Personnel courtois. Endroit pratique pour un bref arrêt.

Catastrophique
Dès notre arrivée, problème de plomberie, la toilette ne fonctionnait pas, on attendu le plombier le lendemain pour la réparation. Puis il y avait l’odeur de la cigarette dans la chambre, j’ai dû acheter Febreeze (désodorosant). Aussi il y avait des poils de cheveux dans les draps.

A basic 60s style motel, with tired rooms and furnishings. The room was small by most standards, it did have a fridge, microwave and coffee pot. The room was clean. Staff were polite and friendly. The included continental breakfast though basic was appreciated. This is the lower mainland and affordable accommodation are hard to find. So from that aspect it’s a compromise we were willing to make.

Dirty grounds around site with garbage, old suitcase etc. Very narrow parking spots. Cheap minimalist furniture. Super, tiny bathroom, capable of supporting just one person at a time. Crazy high price. Too far from amenities. Price after hidden fees not that much different from much closer, high end properties. Never again!

You get what you pay for. The room was tiny and awkwardly arranged…clearly not meant for two queen beds. The included breakfast was cold cereal or granola bars. There was more space allocated for empty utensil dispensers than there was as for food. Room and linens were clean though.

cheap hotel one step up from seedy hotel ,bathroom old cigarette burn marks all over sink bathtub bathroom in general was in poor shape door was damaged not repaired well . someone tossed their cookies outside the door on sidewalk in a couple places told front desk at 7am still there the next morning when i left gross smelly mess . told the desk guy again and he was only concerned i gave a good rating to him

This property is not the Ritz but it did the trick for the few nights that I was a guest. The breakfast was not continental, it was coffee, tea, hot chocolate, 2 types of cornflakes, apples, rice crispy, mini muffins and nutri-go bars. Even though check out is 11am, the hotel allowed me to check out at 12pm due to an error in my departing flight times. Jeremy at the front desk was awesome in helping to direct me to the Willowbrook mall, where I can walk around and browse until it was time for my flight. It’s on a highway so the noise may bother you if you prefer peace and quiet.

The Hotel called me during a meeting to say they wanted to run my credit card prior to me coming. I told them that I had made arrangements to pay on arrival!!!! They were rude!! Place is NOT EXPEDIA STANDARDS

Exterior of building was immaculate. Only staff member I dealt with when checking in was polite and accomodating. Room was very dissapointing. Matress was worn out. Pillow was about the same, very lumpy. TV had obvious blown speakers and had to keep the volume so low, I could not hear the program properly. Lots of second floor noise, must be a wooden framed building. Ceiling was very obviously damaged and repaired. Two different shades of paìnt on it. Very yellow on one half. Must have allowed smoking in that room at some point in time. Vinyl wood flooring was worn out had several edges curling upwards.

Let’s start with the positives. The bed was really comfortable and it was quite clean. The building and units are quite old and mostly original with minor cheap upgrades. You definitely did not get the warm comfort feeling from this place. It gives more bates motel/prison cell vibes. The staff were polite and friendly and the coffee in the lobby was not bad. Unfortunately, when we got there quite late at night, the heat in our unit did not function at all, so it was cold. However, we felt it was too late to move rooms so we didn’t complain. Overall, it’s ok if you just need a little place to crash for the night, but definitely not somewhere I would choose to stay again.
