Toutefois, nous avons été charmé par ce très joli bungalow champêtre, tranquille, confortable, très propre, bien aménagé et pourvu de tout le nécessaire. Un petit bijou. Nous nous y sommes sentis en sécurité. Aucun restaurant, aucune épicerie à Cannonville. On doit se rendre à Tropic à un peu plus de 5 minutes en voiture où l'épicerie est aussi très limitée. »

« This Cottage Near Zion was the perfect place for us to base out of to explore Zion and Bryce. It was so quiet, a relief after a day around the crowds of people in the park! The information in the Cottage information manual were very concise and helpful. The accomodations were perfect, comfortable, clean, and a great home away from home! »

« Vickie was a wonderful host. We arrived later than expected and she was very accommodating with alternate instructions for check-in. She was very helpful with little hints about exploring the area. The ranch and setting are stunning. Very close to the West entrance to Zion. 30 minutes to Springdale and the South entrance. So many treasures around to explore. The cottage was very cute, super clean and well maintained, and very private. We loved it!!! »

« This little "casita" was perfect for me for my short work stay. It is clean, modern, and well laid out with amenities. Jamie is a great host and very friendly. The neighborhood is in an industrial area which is ok....but not great. It is close to many things to do in St. George. If it wasn't in an industrial area I would give it 5 stars. »

« The cottage had a weekend at Grandmas charm. Everything you need and nothing you don’t. Our host was VERY responsive to any request or question. The kitchen was well stocked and we really enjoyed the snack basket! We will definitely recommend this location to others!! »

« Very clean new construction property in a subdivision type setting. Perfect for couple or perhaps a young family for a couple days. There is another unit connected to this one and one could hear a bit through the walls but it wasn’t too noisy. We chose it because it was only 30 minutes from Zion and was reasonably priced. It makes a good home base for those wanting to explore in the area. Could use a few more amenities like more glassware, silverware (only one butter knife), kitchen towel, trash...

« Loved staying at the Cottage, and Jack is a great host. Great communication and very helpful. The location is ideal - walking distance to food and drinks, and along the shuttle route into the park. View from the cozy sitting area made us feel like we were in the park - awesome! »

« When we arrived the garbage was overflowing and smelled the whole tiny house up. Texted host and she said to get the garabage cans from the curb and do it ourselfs with no apologie. They will not refund your money. Terrible! »

« The cool fresh mountain air - all the farm animals- the peacock that strutted for my wife , 3 days in a row! The baby goats born the day after our arrival. The White haired Rooster singing early in the morning (my wife named him Elvis because of his white furry feathers) and our friends Dave and Cindy for blessing us with this beautiful opportunity to stay in their cottage! One of the best ever! We will miss them all! »
