« Went for a family vacation in May. Even though it wasn’t high season we were very happy with our stay in Lake Placid. Hotel staff was helpful, smiling and caring. Room got cleaned as we simply asked for new towels. We had really good hotel service. Great location. Everything was at a walking distance from the hotel. « Très bel emplacement et belle vue sur le lac. Toutefois, très faible rapport qualité/prix. Aucune ventilation dans la salle de bain (fan) ni fenêtre. Aucune possibilité d'ouvrir les fenêtres de la chambre. Résultat: chambre humide, non aérée et l'air semble "souillé" (nous avons tous 2 eu la gorge qui pique et de la difficulté à dormir alors que ce n'est jamais à nos habitudes). »

« J'ai vraiment aimé le service à la clientèle. Les employés étaient très sympathiques. Il y a un petit marché à la réception, mais le choix est plutôt limité. »

« When I came in to check-in the attendant was gone from his workstation with a note saying he was attending to other business on the hotels. There was already a gentleman waiting there before I came and two other parties came in to check in after before the young man was back to the front desk »

« sur le site expédia il n est pas noté l adresse du sheraton on n a pas droit de rentrer USA . après la soirée et les feu d artifice on voulais rentrer n a pas pu. on n a trouvé aucun hôtel pour dormir on a décider de rentrer à montréal et la nuit a est terminé par un accident avec un bébé de 3 semaines ….!!! j aimerai bien mentionnée l adresse de l hôtel au gent pour ne pas tombé dans ce problème merci »

« The Hotel is OK only because it is the less expensive I found with a bit of comfort. The room was not clean (hairs in the bath and behind the door of the bathroom, sticky bedside table, bugs...) The first woman (50 years old or so) at the reception was not able to look at you when you were speaking to her, the other were nice. The breakfast is OK. »
