Hôtel avec une vue magnifique, les piscines sont exceptionnelles et propre. Le personnel est adorable et aux petits soins. Des jeux sont proposés aux enfants, ainsi que des animations. Les restaurants sont très bons et pas excessifs sur les tarifs. Je recommande cet établissement pour sa situation calme et proche d’Uluwatu, la gentillesse du personnel et la qualité des services proposés

Très bel hôtel. Personnel aux petits soins. Les chambres sont belles. Les piscines sont fantastiques. Le beach club et sa navette dont de vrais atouts pour cet hôte cependant éloigné de tout. Les restaurants sont très bons à prix abordables. Le petit-déjeuner est magnifique.

Idéal pour se poser et se détendre
J'ai passé un agréable séjour dans cet hôtel notamment grâce à l'écoute et la bienveillance du personnel. En effet, malgré quelques difficultés de connexion internet et une température trop froide dans la chambre, tout cela a pu être réglé très rapidement. Les chambres sont bien équipées et fonctionnelles, le complexe très spacieux avec une vue magnifique, des activités de qualité (yoga, poterie...) et un spa très raffiné où l'on prend plaisir au cocooning. Le seul bémol me concernant est relatif à la restauration car ayant une alimentation composée de fruits et légumes crus, je n'ai pu trouver convenance qu'au petit déjeuner. Dommage toutefois que les céréales soient toutes d'origine industrielle! Le temps pluvieux ne m'a pas permis de tester la plage privée. Ce sera pour une prochaine fois.

excellent hotel , staff is very nice but if you wish to rest it s actually very loud. By the pools the music is like in a club and in the lobby even in the morning it s the same. Except that we had a great time in that hotel, they have an amazing breakfast !

Renaissance Hotel is awesome ! The hotel itself is so beautiful. You can enjoy the multiple bar and restaurant with such an amazing view over the sea. Our room was perfect ! So big and very clean. The place is very quiet ! The pool is wonderful! It's huge and you can play or swim if you want. Concerning the breakfast... it's delicious !! You can find so many things to eat. To indonesian food, korean food, fresh fruits and juices, milkshakes until crepes and waffle, you will definetly find something you like. However the best thing to this hotel is the staff. They are so nice, always smily and ready to help at anytime. They take the time to talk with you and make sure you enjoy your stay. For everything and for making this week passed with you so awesome, thank you very much ! You are the best :) ! See you soon Renaissance Hotel!

Even though the accommodation is a bit outside of uluwatu we loved our time there so much and spend most of the time in the resort, since it was such a beautiful place. Awesome personnel and super friendly. The rooms were outstanding and also the pool and the restaurants. We also booked spa and loved it!!! Absolut would recommend and book again!!!

Large modern and well maintained resort with two big swimming pools, two restaurants, and lobby bar with great oceans views. The breakfast buffet had a huge range of continental and other cuisine options and also catered to many dietary retirements. All staff were very friendly and helpful with actuvuty suggestions and assistance. My room was clean and spacious room and had a large bathroom with a bath. The 24-hour fitness centre was well maintained and had a decent range of equipment, including dumbbells up to 30kg, benches, adjustable cables, and plenty of cardio equipment. I would stay at this hotel again and would recommend it to others.

We are thankful to the genuinely warm and friendly hospitality team at Renaissance for giving us an amazing experience. We were in awe of the grandeur of the lobby accompanied by a perfect selection of lounge house music when we first arrived. Wow what a view and atmosphere. We really loved the modern cosy decor of our suite with balcony, open bath and large windows facing the greenery, open landscape and the sea. We enjoyed the large buffet spread, pool, spa, massage and gym facilities too. All good except for the undrinkable water that’s only acceptable for shower. Need to buy mineral water for boiling for coffee and brushing teeth. R Bar, Clay Craft and Double Ikat also offers fantastic food and drinks throughout our stay. Beautiful hotel! Highly recommended.

My stay here was nothing short of amazing. If you’re contemplating this property, don’t! Just book it! The rooms are clean, quiet and very ideal. Huge bathtub with waterfall showerhead, separate toilet room, free bottles of water. The breakfast buffet is AMAZING! So many options… they make crepes, waffles, pancakes, omelets ect! The views from the property are breathtaking and it’s very very quiet. Both pools are infinity and they’re clean, clear and huge! The staff is SO welcoming, nice, helpful and accommodating. They have a free shuttle that takes you to their other property located on the beach. The beach water was everything. Great food at both places… so many options! The resort also does activities every day listed on a board down by the main pool… bingo was fun! The spa did not disappoint either! I do travel influencing and I will recommend this place to all of my followers! Also, is only 25 minutes from the airport and the resort offers a pickup and drop off at a reasonable rate!

High quality hotel
Everything about the hotel is high quality, from the initial view as you walk into the lobby it did not disappoint. Once you have got used to navigating the hotel you will have a great time. Some very good drinks deals on the various happy hours. Service was great, in particular by Dika in the lobby bar, who gave some great tips on things to do in the local area. If we find ourselves in Uluwatu again, would not hesitate to stay again.

The stay was great, the hotel staff (except for one woman at the reception) were very nice and accommodating. The staff in the restaurant and at the bar were super friendly and great hosts. the food is excellent, just always wonderful. the room was very nice and very clean. In general we found the hotel area to be very clean. The older and oldest lady at the reception, on the other hand, was disrespectful and unfriendly - as a woman, I couldn't order a taxi without her asking my husband for permission and wanting confirmation that I could order the taxi. Once I asked her for water, and then she also asked my husband if it was ok if I got some water. Culture or not, it may be that she has nothing to report at home, but in my opinion this lady can't deal with female tourists in the hotel - she definitely didn't give me a holiday mood but rather a longing for Europe. I also couldn't ask about excursion destinations, e.g. visiting temples, without her asking my husband if I was even allowed to do that. Even when I went to the toilet once, she ran to my husband to tell him where I was. In any case, it was nice that other hotel employees were respectful and very warm to us. I would visit the hotel again thanks to the lady who only respects men - definitely never again :)
