Food poisoning with salmon breakfast. No action from the hotel who did not care. Certainly not the experience expected from a 1500 euro per night hotel.

Hotel et cadre fabuleux
Le cadre au cœur des rizières est exceptionnel. Les alentours sont des villages d'artistes très agréables, les chambres très calmes avec piscine et vue sur la végétation sont fantastiques, le service est parfait et le personnel est charmant et souriant. Enfin le restaurant, tenu par un grand chef belge et tout simplement excellent, mélange de saveurs balinaises et de produits d'horizons divers et variés.

Le Viceroy est vraiment joli dans
Le Viceroy est vraiment joli dans un cadre magnifique. Le service de voiturier est très pratique et très serviable. Le restaurant La Cascade est un régal. Cependant les prix (indiqués en dollars US et hors taxe) sont très élevés par rapport au prix qui se pratiquent à Bali. Et le personnel d'accueil manquent parfois de la gentillesse et du charme dont font preuve les Balinais.

Stunning and super tranquil resort
Amazing, beautiful and tranquil villas in the middle of Ubud and just a 10 minute ride to the downtown area. The entire atmosphere was so tranquil and the grounds were absolutely stunning. Top quality finishings, fixtures and amenities throughout the resort. The hotel room was very spacious with a private pool which was absolute bliss. The staff were extremely accommodating, paying attention to every detail. The food and drinks were delicious. Not one thing was left without attention.

Beautiful location and amazing hotel. It is a small boutique property that is very welcomingly and professionally run. The staff are like family many having been there since it opened 15 years ago. Nothing is too much to ask. Will definitely be back!
