The rooms are extremely spacious and nice. The breakfast is not great. Housekeeping only comes every three days. We had to ask for clean towels and for trash to be removed.

The property is close to the highway making it very noisy. The equipments in the kitchen were old and non functioning. Limited choice of breakfast and the breakfast didn’t change the three days we were there.

The shower was my favorite part and the pressure did not disappoint! They had excellent spread for breakfast and the location was close to Disneyland.

Easy access to the Hwy, area is nice with markets. Kitchen is nice but always seem to be missing something like cooking pans, utensil's, dish soap, sponge. This is our second time staying there.

Residence inn was great! Hotels.com sucks
The only issue i had with the hotel was the lack of dishes in the kitchen. Other than that it was amazing as always. My advice for using Hotels.com dont, book direct. I had a family trip planned with my grand daughter to meet us in Southern California and my grand daughter couldn't make it due to medical issues. I tried to change my reservation for a few months later and they said that they couldn't change my reservation. They said i can cancel but i will lose out on the money i spent. I talk to the hotel about it and they said as long as i changed 24 hours in advance they would have refunded me or made the change. That means that Hotels.com would have pocketed the money. That's not right. They have no heart and don't care about their customers.

Hotel is clean but was missing extra bedding and luggage holder and I had to call down for both. Also, not clear that I had to pay for parking when I was registering through hotels.com
