Dear, first of all I would like to thank you for taking time to comment on our Hotel and the services rendered. I am really sorry that some aspects of your stay were not to your total satisfaction. I would like to point out that a temperature of 23 degrees in the room can be considered a very good temperature. The municipality of Turin, on the other hand, suggests to keep 20 degrees in the living rooms for pollution and physical health reasons. In addition, our thermostat can be operated by the guest directly in the room, raising or lowering the temperature by two degrees. Furthermore, I was curious about your comment regarding the plugs in your room, so I personally went to count them and there are 8 plugs. I think this is more than enough for a double occupancy room.
