We offer free very high internet speed with fiber optic transmission. All our rooms are Air Condioned using two rooftop TRANE chiller. All our rooms have TV Samsung with it's own satellite receiver. All our rooms are equipped with private bathroom. And our situation is in the heart of Tunis 50 meters far from the main avenue of the capital which is av. Habib Bourguiba.

And we offer you a room with air conditioning equipped with new Daikin Ventilo-convector made in Japan which is the most expensive one in the world, and connected to two Trane heat pumps made in USA. The Tv is led 32 Samsung equipped with satellite receiver. The private bathroom is equipped with tube bath. The floor is covered with Lvt parquet. Besides our free wifi is 50 mega-bit per second. Our location is 100 m far from the main avenue of Tunis which is avenue Habib Bourguiba. So please which is bad’ in our hotel ?.

Dear Sir we are surprised by reading your comment because our hotel is always full and our guests are very satisfied. Il fact we equipped our hotel with a Trane heat pump with Carrier Ventilo convector for air conditioning. For all the rooms we installed Led Samsung TV 32 inches with integrated satellite receiver, bathroom with tube bath, Lvt parquet. Internet Wifi connected with fiber optic for very high speed connection. For the photos they are real photos taken from our hotel. In fact, Expedia sent his agent to control our hotel before choosing to work with us. Besides, we do our best to satisfy all requests of our guests. Dear Sir, We offer a fully renovated rooms : taps, parquet, Wifi internet with fiber optics with very high speed, Samsung LED TV with integrated satellite receiver. The Heating - Air cooling system is a new one. Besides the hotel Tej is the unique hotel in Tunis which offer a windows net against mosquito. Finally, we are situated 50 meters far from the main Avenue of Tunis: The avenue Habib Bourguiba. Regards.

Dear Sir, We thank you for your photos. For the exterior photo, we are programming a new paint shortly. For the room and behind the suitcase holder, when our guests open their suitcase, sometimes they make some traces on the wall by the cover of the suitcase. We will place in the future a protection for the wall behind the suitcase holder. For the bathroom your photos show a silicon sealant between the tube bath and the wall. We use SIKA silicon which is made in Switzerland. We also use SIKA silicon on some points on the floor of the bathroom. On the other hand, the automatic door entrance of the hotel is made in Switzerland, the elevator is an OTIS brand French made. The two chillers for air conditioning are TRANE brand USA made. Dear Madam, we have a rule from National Interior Ministry that only European couple can have a room together without wedding contract. And you are with a Tunisian man. So we gave you two single rooms without asking any money for the second room. But the water and the Wifi are well functioning in our hotel and our guests are very happy about our hotel. Best Regards.
