Sweet Spot Across the River
Very welcoming hosts. Very clean and comfortable. As soon as I spotted the Vermillion Flycatchers, I knew this was just the spot to enjoy a quiet stay in Santa Cruz Co.

Super studio!
2 night stay for my wife and I. Very pleasant. Hosts, Tammy and Jim are very pleasant and helpful. Site is quiet, pretty and relaxed. Studio is clean and well arranged with a table, coffeemaker, small fridge and microwave. Would love to go back again if in the area!

We loved our stay at Cozy Casita. Jim and Tammy gave us a warm welcome when we arrived at their 93 acre ranch. The Casita we stayed at is the smaller of three living units. We had our dog with us on this trip and the Casita had ample room to accommodate the three of us. The Casita was also well stocked with amenities. We enjoyed the peace and quiet as well as watching the everyday activities of farm life. It is about a 15 minute drive to Tubac Village.

Excellent stay, just what the doctor ordered
The Peacheys’ were great! Very nice couple were there to greet us and show us around. Very quiet property, saw wildlife while sipping coffee in the morning. Just overall great experience. Definitely would return.

Serenity on a farm in Arizona
This property is beautiful and quiet. I would certainly want to go back for a longer stay. It is a short drive to Tubac. I was also treated to the Arizona Dark Sky while I was there - for those who like stargazing.

Wonderful stay!
Tammy and Jim, the owners of the property, met us as promised when we arrived. They were very welcoming and made us feel at home right away. The room was clean and comfortable. Charming ranch get away
Stay was great.. owners met us and gave us a walk through and history of property... they were very friendly and polite.....room was clean with much character... they gave us a great restaurant recommendation as well as suggestions for checking out local areas... a little though to find property but well worth it... we hope to return!
