The elevators were broke and we had to wait for 20 mins to get to our room or to get down from our room as it was overcrowded and limited to one slow elevator for the whole hotel, our AC was broke in our room when we called the front desk for fix or a fan they said they would call back and never did, I was also charged an unauthorized 107.33 by the hotel that I am still waiting on return. Not happy!

Our stay was good our check in was not they didn’t get my reservation from hotels.com but they matched the price there were a couple features of the pool that didn’t work but the kids still loved it my only real complaint is They didn’t have an included breakfast

We just finished renovating the pool and are working on the last couple things to have it up and running 100%. We do offer room packages with breakfast included, just so you know for your next stay. We are sorry you didn’t enjoy the pool. It is a great place for the kids to let off steam before returning to the room. It was closed all last month for renovations, so the kids are getting great use out of it right now! We hope you will return at a time that’s less crowded for you!

Booked this hotel for use of pool facilities for my sons 6th birthday. Arrived at hotel staff was friendly and check in was easy. Went to elevator to go up to the rooms and seen the pool facilities were undergoing renovation. Got up to the room and the beds were like rocks. Have stayed in this hotel before and the beds weren’t bad however in this particular room they were horrible. Decided to book elsewhere we were in the room long enough to book another hotel. The room was clean however and it is understandable things need renovation just wish I would have known that prior to booking.

We are sorry to hear that you arrived without knowing that the pool was closed for renovations. It is posted on the websites and the staff is telling everyone as they call to make reservations, but that didn’t help you with your stay. The pool will be reopened in March and we hope you will return then to see how great it looks! We are also working on renovating all the rooms so you will much more comfortable on your next trip! Not good!
The first room we were given it took 5 flushes to flush the toilet and one if the bathroom lights was burned out. I called down to ask for a light bulb and 30 minutes went down to the desk to ask for one and was told engineering had to change it. After telling them about the toilet they offered another room. The second room was not very clean. The bathmat was wadded up beside the toilet and the bathroom and room floor did not appear to be swept. Lastly the air conditioner did not get cool until sometime in the middle of the night. Overall it was not a good hotel experience.

The staff was very accommodating and helpful, and the breakfast was good however we had some issues... The pool was being renovated, which we would have known if we had read the fine print while booking, the room was not very clean, microwaves cord wasnt even long enough to be plugged in, and blowdryer was actually sticky

More positives than negatives
Check in was easy, the staff was pleasant. Overall the hotel was clean and nice. The buffet breakfast was set up nice with a good variety of food. The younger kids loved the indoor pool! They had small slides and the water was shallow. The nightly rate that we got was a good price. The only negative thing was when you got off the elevator there was a musty smell. When we opened the room door, there was a smell in there too. Once in the room for a little while, you didn’t notice it as much.

Room keys would not work. Was a long way from the desk and had to go back several times. Finally had to get maintenance up there, and then management to be able to get into the room. This happened more than once. Also, stayed 2 nights and purchased breakfast with the room rate. Had to go back to the desk both times because they said we did not receive the breakfast with the room. I had the receipt showing my room came with breakfast.

Microwave did not work, ran out of towels, toilet paper, room was not cleaned, didn’t have hot water for a whole day, kids pool is supposed to be “heated” it was cold, this place needs a lot of remodeling. The lady at the front desk at night seemed pissed of i asked her a question about my account. The only good thing about this hotel is a lady named Kayla. She was very helpful she needs to work at a resort that will appreciate her. Not this dump. Stay away from this place

Check in time is 3pm but it was after 4pm before rooms were ready, & no offer of any accommodation. This put us behind because we had somewhere to be. The breakfast buffet was disappointing.

Disappointed
There was so much moisture inside on the curtains it was starting to mold. Along with the ceiling in the bathroom. And anytime we left and came back we had to get our key re scanned. This included midnight after the races every single night. And nothing was offered for the inconvience. We were told each time it was fixed. each night we would get to the 7th floor all the way to the end of the hall and neither key would work.

Never Again! Avoid this Dump!
Management is a joke. Screwed up my credit card by charging the full amount, then refunded it, and then charging it again. Oh, and the refund wouldn’t get back to my card for “5-10” business days. Very dismissive and condescending. I understand the ‘not responsible’ for items left in room.... but, I’ve worked at a 20+ cabin resort and have worked to get objects back to guests. This hotel? If you leave it, it’s gone! I left a $60 headlamp, not a big deal and wouldn’t seem to be something housekeeping would steal. Either they have a dishonest housekeeping staff, or management doesn’t take guest experience seriously. I’m betting on the latter. I left numerous messages for management to call me regarding the credit card fiasco and my headlamp. They would never return my call. The only way I could talk to them is if I used a different phone and caught them picking up the line-they apparently used their caller id and wouldn’t answer my phone number, calling several times in a row until the call dropped. I have stayed at this hotel numerous times because of its water park. I will never stay at this facility again. Some rooms are cleaner than others. This was our worst stay-mildew smell, dirty sheets, just funky as all get out. My daughter may be upset that I won’t book here again (stay in Tulsa one weekend a month with my daughter). But, it would take an act of goodwill from corporate to change my mind. Namely, I just want my headlamp back after dealing with such terrible people.

waste of money!
fire alarm went off late at night due to an employee burning something in the kitchen, way past the kitchen being closed. our room keys had to be reset multiple times and even once came up to our room and it wasn’t locked, “water park” was a joke. it’s a kiddie pool with a slide, water is cloudy, smells bad, and overall dirty, guy that checked us in didn’t even know if i paid for a single bed room and double bed. hotels.com states has free breakfast, it’s $12 per person. overall not an enjoyable experience. will not stay here again

It has a welcoming main entrance, restaurant/bar, attractive water park, the elevators smell wonderful. The only negative was our bathroom deposit tank was faulty and we had to be pressing on handle to make sure the plug caught on to avoid hearing the spray of water filling the tank. Other than that the staff was courteous and were very accommodating.

Was ok
Outside of hotel nice, inside hotel room wasnt extremely clean, beds were uncomfortable, noise from ventilation, tiny bathroom, never changed toilet paper when empty, didnt replace shampoo when used, seemed like just made bed, that's it. Child thought she had bed bugs, I saw 1 thing suspicious, but couldn't confirm otherwise .

Weekend Review
We had a pleasant stay on our weekend trip. I was worried because after we book here we read some really bad reviews. But I’m happy to say our visit was pleasant. Things that would agree with bad reviews there is a bad smell to hall carpet. Thankful our room was not carpeted. Also we where advised to reactive our key every time we when out of hotel to ensure it worked. Good location and comfortable stay.

Warm pool for kids but needs some work
You could tell that the hotel was at one time a really nice place, but it had become run down. The staff was nice and as helpful as could be, I believe. The kids pool was really warm which was great, but many of the features did not work at all and the floor of the pool was in disrepair and rough. Our room was clean and looked good, but the heater never really blew warm air or changed the temp in the room. There was also a loud, weird clicking noise in the room when we turned on the bathroom light.

Weekend getaway
Checked in with no problem. When we walked toward our room we noticed water on the carpet outside the room next door. After a few minutes in our room we noticed a smell of “mildew”. We tried to use a can spray to no avail. We requested another room and that was granted. However, that room had not been cleaned at all. Beds were not made and trash everywhere. Hoping to get my credit card deposit returned.

Apparently the key cards deactivate when you leave the building and you’ll have to go to the front desk each time to reactivate. Also our A/C did not work and when we called the front desk about getting a new room they said they could but couldn’t guarantee it would work any better. We told them to refund us the stay and went to a different hotel.

Housekeeping failures
My previous stays have all been fine, which is why I went back. This time, things changed. Housekeeping wasn't even close when I arrived at 9:30 pm to having reserved rooms cleaned so people could be checked in. One woman had been waiting since 7pm. Since I was wanting a king room instead of a double, I got a room after just an hour wait. Then, due to maintenance issues with the door, I ended up with multiple trips back to the desk (with luggage) trying to get room cards to work. Finally, just before midnight, I finally was set in a different room. During this time, the lobby filled up with people waiting to get into a room before emptying out. Then, over the 4 nights, house keeping only did my room 1 day. And my room key had to be renewed every night at the desk.

We are sorry to hear about the issues you had while you stayed with us. We had unexpected guests show up and we did our best to get everyone a room as quickly as possible. We hope you will return soon and give us another chance at making this the best hotel stay yet.

Kids loved the indoor swimming pool! The staff were excellent as well. Stayed in a lot of hotels and this one exceeded expectations.

First sight appearance was great and front desk was also, Rooms are very out dated and the mold smell took my breath away, bed so uncomfortable and noisy we had to pull the mattress to the floor also said there was HBO the cable guide did not match nor was the HBO available. Breakfast was very nice.
