Property was well stocked with everything you could ask for - I’ve stayed at well over 2 dozen VRBO’s and Jim really goes out of his way to make sure you will have everything you need. Spices, coffee, tons of towels, cleaning supplies, nice wine glasses, pamphlets about all of the local wineries and attractions, great WiFi and TV’s, great views, and just a few miles from Benton City. Couldn’t recommend this place enough. »

The home is very clean and spacious, and also layed out perfectly for us, our friends, and our kids. We stayed with 2 couples and 1 child, but had plenty of room for our other 2 kids. « This house was very nice and our stay was relaxing. Cleanliness, communication and location were all excellent. If you stay in March expect local attractions to be closed for the most part. There were a few things that could be done in the house to improve guest experience but overall I would highly recommend this home. »

« The location of the Riverhouse was convenient to town yet quiet. We enjoyed the sunsets from this beautiful riverside property, as well as the birds and the two friendly neighbor dogs and chickens! Front yard was fully fenced with a nice green lawn for our dog. In addition, the house was comfortable and interestingly furnished. Thanks for the pleasant experience! »

« My tennis team spent the weekend in the tri-cities for a tournament and this house was located close to all of the tournament venues. It was clean, spacious and well stocked. The kitchen worked well for preparing breakfasts and the fire pit was enjoyed for after play cocktails. My wife appreciated how quiet it was. »
