« Great location, wonderful set up for our family with small kids. There are stairs so be mindful when booking. We brought our own gate for the stairs. Everything was very nice and comfortable for us. The kitchen is well stocked for all you could need to cook a meal. Would definitely book here again one day! »

« It was a very quiet and relaxing vacation. The condo was very well appointed and clean when we arrived. Check in and out was confusing for me but it was completely my fault. I called the host and they were very accommodating and sent me a video of how to do it. I love the area and we will definitely be back! »

« I, along with my 16 year old son along with my dad, made the trip to Townsend for the Bronco Super Celebration. This place was great for us. Plenty of room. Clean. Great location. Owners were easy to deal with. Our only minor complaint was that the living room tv did not have a remote, and we could not change the channel. Small inconvenience. Overall 5-stars. »

« Directions to property were perfect! Property was very clean and well kept as we drove through parking lot. Unit was very clean and organized. Property manager was very responsive to all questions. Only issue was we wanted to have coffee outside one morning on back patio but area was covered in cobwebs. We just sat at table inside and looked out window. I would definitely recommend this property for a mountain getaway. »

« This place was exactly as posted. It’s in a gated community. It’s very close to Cades Cove and only a small drive to Gatlinburg. The community is clean and very well landscaped. The inside of the condo was stocked with everything and more that we needed. Spare towels, pillows, blankets. Even some cooking spices and kcups! The beds were very comfortable and clean! There is a stand up washer/dryer in the unit and a great walk in shower in the master bath. The neighborhood is nice to walk around in...

« The owner was fantastic at communicating & offering suggestions. Use the gate code from the owner text not the Vrbo email. The place exceeded expectations as far as location, decor, & cleanliness. My only issues were some noise thru the walls like dishwasher & kids and the security deposit made no sense. A significant $ amount was charged 5 weeks prior and refunded 2 weeks after the stay. That’s my only reason for not giving 5 stars. »

« The cabin is tucked into a beautiful, quiet setting with little to no traffic. We had 11 adults and we were all comfortable with plenty of space. The amenities were as described and the hot tub was a hit! As a whole group, the only complaint was the comfort of the beds. All of them were relatively creaky and uncomfortable, but for a couple nights they were fine. Overall we had a great time and enjoyed the house! »

Not what we'd hoped
"We were on a motorcycle trip and had chosen this hotel because of its swimming pool, and what a disappointment it was when we arrived to find that it wasn't open. And it clearly hasn't been open for more than a season... Apparently this is mentioned on their website, but as we booked via another platform, we didn't know. The hotel staff are very courteous and the room is large and renovated. There's an excellent restaurant just across the street and we suggest you make a reservation to avoid having to wait. When we opened the bed to go to sleep, we had the suspicion that the sheets had not been changed and this was annoying. Breakfast was very good and with plenty of choice. "
