Cosy House in Excellent Location!
Angel made the check-in process so seamless with her great and friendly communication. The place has EVERYTHING you need and is really close to the downtown area of Torquay. Highly recommend! 😊

Lovable Cottage
This cottage has a superb beach feel. Recalls the old Torquay. Sure it is dated, but it is extremely comfortable, well set up and highly individualistic. This is our second stay of more to come.

Lovely stay at Torquay
The property was well presented, lots of useful information - loved that there were thought full bits and pieces around the house if we had forgotten anything to take. Unit is so convenient - short walk to both front and back beach and cafes, breweries, pubs etc. Very relaxing - thank you Angel

My absolute pleasure having you book and come stay, communication was fantastic, and my little old gem of a place was left to PERFECTION, so neat and tidy. Glad to know you appreciated the bits and pieces I leave, I'm a bit old fashioned so sparse is not my thing and you just never know what someone might need. Beach side cutie
A cute little place to stay that is close to the beach and the essential amenities including the Torquay pub. It has a double bed and 2 singles which is great for a family of 4. The bonus was that we could also take our little dog with us which meant it was a true family holiday.

Great location & Great host!
Angel's place is a cute little house in a perfect location. It's just a short walk to the beach, shops or cafes and it makes enjoying your time in Torquay very easy. The house itself, while a little older, is full of charm and character. Angel provides an abundance of things to improve your stay - from snacks and lollies to movies and games. It's pet friendly and was cosy for our 2 doggos. Would happily stay with Angel again.

Home away from home
We loved our weekend away, it was close to the beach, main street and a variety of restaurants. Our host was very friendly and the cosy 2 bedroom unit was made to feel like home complete with toiletries, snacks and nibbles for a night in. It would be an ideal spot for a family with youg ones. Hope to be back soon.

Fab little house close to everything!
Angel’s place was exactly as described! Old but with such wonderful character which is right up my alley. It had everything I was after; close to the beach, cafes, walks etc. The house was clean and had lovely little additions such as snacks and lollies. The backyard was perfect for my little old dog. We even had an owl on the roof one night which was hooting away! Angel was awesome with communication and check in was super easy. Thanks for a wonderful stay! Highly recommend

Little shack with a happy soul
We loved our stay at Angel's place. Everything you need is available. Our dog was also catered for & the back yard secured with a good patch of grass. We had enough space for the two of us to chill and it's literally a 5 min walk to the front beach, restaurants, ice-cream shop, coffee - we'd love to stay again. 😀 Thanks Angel.

Thanks Bridie yes its rather old and quaint and certainly is not fancy which i try explain in my description , but am glad you enjoyed bringing your pet and apologies it was not disabled friendly ,. due to the 3 steps at front and one at back door to garden as property is not flat on ground , its raised (which is old fashioned re if ever a flooding preventative ) which i try show in my pictures and also no disabled bathroom . Huge apologies as i didn't realize you needed or i would of been very honest explaining . Thankyou for bringing this to my attention , i have added it into my description . cheers Angel

Gorgeous little beach corsage
Fabulous location close to the beach, this gorgeous little cottage was a lovely place for our winter getaway. Lots of little personal touches made us feel especially welcome. Close to restaurants and golf courses. And our little dog was made welcome too!

The property is very clean and well organized. Its owner Angel is a very generous lady. She prepared lots of dog treats and left in the property for our dog Max to have. There are also plenty of beach towers and bodyboarding boards for my 2 teenage children to use. The washer is handy for us to have dirty clothes washed when needed. My family including my partner, 2.5 year old and small dog thoroughly enjoyed our Torquay getaway in Angel’s lovely property. The house is very homely and has everything you could possibly need. There was even toys my 2 year old loved playing with in the 2nd bedroom. Angel was very accomodating and her communication is fantastic giving you lots of information prior and during your stay. The house is in a great location, a short walk to the Torquay shops and front beach.

Dog friendly weekend away
The property had everything we needed and more. Hot showers, privacy, great location and lots of extras as the host has gone to great lengths to make sure that there are little homely touches everywhere. Communication and check-in was easy and quick. It was a chilly weekend but the heater warmed it up very quickly. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Just perfect for us, loved the style of the unit hope it stays that way and does not get updated. Everything we needed was available and a great location, close to everything. Property manager was excellent with communication. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

A little gem with a lot of heart
We had the best long weekend at Angel's charming little unit. Although described as OLD we loved the retro/vintage fitout and we were so comfy and cosy with all the pillows and blankets in every room. Angel has made sure everyone in the family is catered for, kids and fur kids alike and we all left with the promise we would be back. Phenomenal value
You won't find better value 500m from Torquay front beach. Myself, my two kids (14 and 10) and our kelpie stayed here for 5 nights in early jan and IT WAS ACE. As the listing states yes it is old but that doesn't mean it's not suitable. The owner has thought of everything. Need sticky tape - check. Need spare batteries, freezer bags, extra virgin olive oil - check. How about a boogie boards, a frisbee, beach tennis - check. The property's homeliness is a refreshing change to the slick, soul-less new build apartments you can rent these days. For me the best bit was no wi-fi or subscription TV. The girls and I did proper-old-school hanging out, playing board games (supplied) and making friendship bracelets. Warning: fabulous ice cream shop at the end of the street!
