Rooms in Japan are often small but very well organized. The hotel is in a business area of Tokyo, not very far from the main train station. The staff is efficient, there are many hygiene and care products as well as coffee, tea, herbal tea that you can use. A good stay all in all.

Ensemble bon
La chambre était petite mais c‘était dans le quartier riche de Tokyo donc ceci explique cela. Très bon emplacement géographique pour les métros et trains.

My room was a little tight and there was no onsen, in contrast to the previous hotel I stayed at. Nonetheless, the staff was friendly and used google translate to speak to foreigners, as well as providing ample pjs and towels.

The staff, service, facilities, location etc. ALL excellent! The only reason for 4* overall is the size of the room, inducing feelings of claustrophobia! I booked a double, as I expected it to be relatively small. IF the hotel has a bigger-size room, I would gladly stay there next time. Is there a bigger-size room? How much bigger? 방과 화장실은 많이 작았지만, 로비에 필요한 물품들(치약 칫솔 빗 바디샤워스폰지 입욕제 면도기 등..) 구비되어있어서 필요한만큼 가져가면되었고, 특히 고데기, 어댑터가 있어서 너무 편리했어요. 침대도 편하고 베개는 푹신한것과 약간딱딱한것이 있어 투숙객의 취향들을 배려해준게 인상깊었어요. 위치도 좋고 1층패밀리마트도 있어요.

Great value for the price, in prime ginza location. Staffs are super polite and helpful. The room is very clean and provides a lot of things like PJ, kettle, instant coffee, tea, etc. they have a great check in and cleaning system. It provide a double bed although it may looks like single on the photo. The bed is super comfortable, area is super quiet. I have great sleep and shower.

Checkin was easy. Staff were polite and took the time to converse with us in English. That was appreciated. Rooms are small and efficient. For a family of 4 we booked 2 rooms with a double bed in each. It is a tight fit, but we spent most of the time walking around sightseeing.
