Parfait ! Très bien placé à Kabukicho , à l’écart du bruit , tout accessible facilement. chambre pas très grande, mais c’est la normale au Japon , ça suffit largement pour dormir. Personnel sympathique et efficace , je ne vois rien de négatif , si ce n’est peut être le fait qu’il n’y ai que 2 machines à laver mais c’est qu’un détail. Je reviendrai

The place is great, clean, and the staff is very nice. The neighborhood is pretty loud and animated but you won't hear a thing in the room, it is really quiet once you're in the hotel !

Aucune attention à l arrivée un réel contraste avec tous les hôtels du Japon, les groupes affalés dans le hall de réception sur les canapés, déjeuner au café soluble et nul, aucun choix. Bruyant et chambre petite!lavabo dans la chambre ! Pas de savon douche sinon petit sachet..pas de penderie! 3 cintres accrochés à une barre au mur de la chambre!bref, plus jamais.. même si le quartier était délibérément choisi en connaissance de cause, mais l’hôtel nul

Insonorisation: 1/10 WiFi : 2/10 Propreté: 3/10 Confort: 4/10 Chambre vétuste qui n à plus rien à voir avec les photos, le wifi marche 1 fois sur 10 , j ai passé mes nuits avec les gens du dessus et du couloir tellement la chambre est mâle insonorisée, la chambre est petite et vielle des traces partout seule la sale de bain est propre

A bit rundown especially in the common areas. Lots of extra fees for simple things like arranging taxis, late check-out, etc. Room was fine and rooftop terrace view and open late is a plus. That was the one area with good service- although the outside heaters did not work. Front desk people weren’t particularly helpful and gave the wrong travel time to Haneda despite my asking twice if they were sure.

This is NOT a four star hotel at all! It was so dirty and had non of the normal amenities 4 star hotels offer. The hotel looks nothing like the pictures online. Don’t stay here. It’s super cheap for a reason. Also the location isn’t good either.

A modern hotel with a beautiful view! The hotel is tucked away from the bustle of Shinjuku nightlife so you'll get a nice rest, but not too far if you wanted to join in the fun. Staff was friendly and helpful, and our room was clean. There's a bar and restaurant on the upper floors that have an amazing view of Tokyo; I recommend visiting. The breakfast buffet that I paid separately for was delicious; they had a mix of Western and traditional Japanese breakfast cuisine so it was fun to try everything. Dining with the view was also a great easy to start the day. A small cafe is also on the first floor if you want coffee and sweets later. Thanks for having us!

Personale gentile, a pochi passi da negozi e ristoranti a Shinjuku. Un po’ lontana la metro (12-15 min a piedi circa). La camera è bellissima e con ogni confort/ dotazione (comprese lamette da barba e ciabatte) ma la pulizia lascia un po’ a desiderare. Sia appena arrivati in stanza che la mattina seguente dopo la normale pulizia della camera c’erano peli e capelli sul pavimento del bagno. Non ho detto nulla perché è stata davvero l’unica cosa negativa di tutto il soggiorno. Consiglio.

Staff at desk was friendly and helpful, however, when we had our room cleaned a few 500 yen coins that we set aside for doing laundry were taken from our desk while we were out. There are rats in the bushes outside the property door. Hotel is in Kabukicho area (red light district) which has some shady characteristics associated with the area so be mindful if you’re bringing children or do not want to be exposed to those things. The refrigerator didn’t get cold so we couldnt store food. They only provide little packets of shampoo and conditioner good for one day unless you request more for every night. Far walk from subway stations or use taxis. Lobby staff was very welcoming and helpful with luggage transfer service.

Great location not too too close to the bar area. The location itself is safe. Close to convenience store like Lawson or 711. Restaurants are also close if you walk a couple blocks. Trains are also walkable to the hotel. Clean hotel, rooms are expected- small but enough room for two people, 2 medium and 1 large luggage if you book the economy room. There is also a coffee shop and restaurant in the hotel. English speaking staff available. Overall, felt safe, convenient, will definitely stay again!

You can’t beat the location if you’re there for night life and bar hopping around Shinjuku. The room was on the small side but not as bad as other hotels. There were some streets around with bars I wouldn’t consider “family friendly” so keep that in mind. But the location still makes this place worth it. No more than a 10 minute walk to anywhere around Shinjuku. Excellent dining, shopping, and entertainment everywhere!
