Initially they could not find our reservation and kept saying your reservation was all canceled although we did not do that and Expedia shows our reservation status as “booked”. After an hour of discussion, they forced us to book new rooms apart from the reservation because they don’t have any room for us. That means, possibly we’ll be charged double. One for our previous reservation and the other for new reservation. The receptionist’s attitude was awful all the time. She was not coorporative at all. Then suddenly she said she found our reservation. She explained since the reservation was booked through expedia, she had hard time finding our reservation. At last, she found our reservation and we were able to check in but the whole process took us an hour and that was absolutely a nightmare.

ディズニーリゾートラインの「ベイサイドステーション」から徒歩2分ほどの超駅近。 すごく大きく素敵なホテルだが、ホテル周辺にコンビニ等の施設が無く、備え付けのコンビニは現金のみ使用可能。 とは言っても、室内は広くレストランや庭もとても広大で、設備等にはほとんど不満はなく、ホテル利用に不便はない。非の打ち所はほとんどないとてもよいホテル。

Always a great experience. Stayed here many times. Many English speaking staff. Extremely close to park access. Variety of shops and services in the hotel. One of the only, if not THE only, major hotel to not discriminate against customers from various cultural and religious backgrounds that may have tattoos associated with their beliefs. They deserve tremendous applause for that alone, and are a model for the other major hotels to either follow, or fall to.

Beautiful property I was able to see mt fuji one morning from the balcony still with some clouds but I saw it! The Disney monorail was very convenient and close to the hotel would recommend if you’re visiting Disney

Very clean, and helpful courteous staff. However hotel is a bit old and is showing its age. Some tips… catch shuttle bus from 1F and save 300 yen one way by not taking the Disney Resort line to Mahiama station. If going to Tokyo, get off at Shin-Kiba station as opposed to Tokyo Station as the walk from the line going JE Keiyo line to other lines at Tokyo station is more than 1km. Lastly if you have an iPhone get a Suica card for your Apple Wallet it’ll save heaps of time when using the train services and paying for things as many places don’t use Apple Pay.

子供含め家族4人ﾃﾞｨｽﾞﾆｰ旅行で宿泊させていただきました。 ホテルはとても広く清潔で充実でき申し分ありませんでしたが 駐車場、大浴場、一部の子供の遊び場が有料で少し残念でしたがとてもいい思い出になりました。
