Très bel hotel. Lit comfortable. Ils peuvent garder vos baggages la journée d'arrivée et de départ gratuitement. Les petits pains le matin est un plus! Il suffit de s'acheter une tartinade dans un marché pour compléter le petit déjeuner. Les café et chocolat chaud sont très bons.

L'hôtel est beau et propre. Le personnel est très gentil. L'hôtel est à quelques secondes du métro Hanzomon. C'est parfait juste devant une ligne de métro. Au pied de l'hôtel, il y a un konbini et plusieurs endroits dans la rue pour acheter à manger. Un pyjama, des chaussons, brosses à dents, dentifrice, peigne... sont fournis. Je recommande cette hôtel.

Hôtel très bien situer
L’hôtel est très bien situé juste au pied du métro quatre arrêts de Shibuya le personnel est exceptionnellement gentil très disponible.Les chambres sont petites si vous êtes un couple avec enfant opté plus pour la chambre triple avec un petit coin salon .la chambre standard est juste idéal pour deux personnes. Pour le petit déjeuner l’hôtel vous fournit juste du pain à la réception que vous devrez monter pour manger en chambre , Vous avez un familymart juste en bas Pour acheter tous les compléments pour votre petit déjeuner en chambre boissons également repas tous cuisiner sinon des petits restos autour de l’hôtel vous avez aussi et Laveries pas loin unique les pièce de 100¥ et le lavage coûte 300¥ , pour le séchage 100¥ pour 10 mn prévoir donc 500¥ pour un lavage et séchage complet mais payer par des pièces de 100¥ la machine n accepte pas d autre monaie. Le palais impérial se visite à pied . pas mal de sites touristiques avoir .marcher ou un arrêt de métro Z 04 jusqu’à l’hôtel new otani pour avoir accès gratuitement au magnifique jardin perché là-haut au niveau 5 de l hôtel à voir absolument il est magnifique et gratuit

Quiet location. Once you learn the buses available it is very convenient. It is only a 25 minute walk to Kyoto Station.

This was our first stop in our visit to Japan. We spent two evenings exploring the surrounding neighborhoods of the Imperial Garden. This hotel sits on the western side of the park and is surrounded by office and government buildings. The neighborhood feels safe and clean at almost anytime of the day, and there ware always people taking care of business or visiting the smaller and older businesses that populate the area. This was a great point to walk around the park to visit the Imperial Gates, The Bridges and the many museums and cultural centers in the area around the Gardens. The hotel itself was small as expected but had everything we needed. The staff was accommodating with getting our luggage sent to our next location without and hitch. Coffee and Bread served in the morning was a great treat instead of sitting down to eat a full breakfast. Overall an awesome place to start of your visit to Chiyoda City.

Everything except for the room size is great. I stayed there for three nights with my wife and two boys (10 & 9). To say that we were tight in the room is an understatement. It would have been extremely tight even if it was just my wife and I. There was no room to open our luggage comfortably. BUT the service was great. The amenities were nice. Everyday we could get new toothbrush, toothpaste, hair comb, body wash towel. Plus free coffee and water at your disposal. Would I stay here again given the room size…maybe. Wouldn’t hesitate if it was just two persons. If I went back with my kids, I would definitely reconsider or get two rooms.

The staff member “in training” is so lovely and calm. I felt soothed and relaxed by the lobby and the demeanor of the staff. The room was good, needs vacuuming. Beds too small for sharing with kids. Thank you, “in training” staff member!

This little cosy place is perfect for those that are looking for a place to sleep and spend their days exploring Tokyo, close to transport, food everywhere, and positioned so you can visit Shibuya, Shinjuku, Disney parks and surrounding areas easily. The rooms are on the smaller size but remember your their just to sleep. Staff were amazing and polite, very helpful, facilities in room are perfect for what you need.

一泊でお世話になりました。 フロント前に自由に飲めるコーヒーがあり、コーヒー好きな私にとってはとても嬉しかったです。 朝は無料でパンを頂けます。 少し残念な点は、大人2人子供2人で宿泊したのですが部屋に入ってみると子供のアニメティやバスタオル、スリッパもありませんでした。フロントに何度か電話わやしても繋がらず…こちらからフロントに行き、子供のアニメティを受付でチェックイン時に渡すのを忘れましたと言われました。すぐに対応くださいましたが、せめて子供分のバスタオルは初めから部屋に準備いただけると助かると思いました。 チェックイン後、ソファーを動かしてみんなでご飯を食べたのですが、ソファーの下がゴミだらけ…部屋の壁紙は剥がれかけが数箇所…ベッドのそばに置いてある時計は止まっている…窓と思い風景を見たくてブラインドを開けると、まさかの非常階段？でそこは少し残念でした。 見えている場所は綺麗に掃除されていました。 総合的にそこまで良くもなく悪くもなく…と言った印象でした。

지하철 역 바로 앞이 숙소라서 돌아다니다 숙소에서 쉬고 다시 나가기 좋습니다. 시부야, 아키하바라, 도쿄역 등 지하철로 20분 이내였기에 이동하기 굉장히 편리했어요. 비즈니스 호텔답게 룸이 크지는 않았지만 청결하고 있을 건 다 있어요. 청소도 깨끗하게 해줍니다. 도쿄를 다시온다면 그 여행도 이 숙소에서 묵고 싶어요.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Everything was very clean, the staff was very helpful (even tho we only spoke English they still were super helpful!) the room was small but that’s expected here in Tokyo. The bread in the mornings was a cute touch. I love how simple and modern everything was

便利なロケーション
地下鉄の駅から近く、都内のアクセスが良く便利なロケーションです。お部屋はこじんまりとしていますが、バスタブがあり、アメニティ、ボトルウォーター、コーヒーなどが揃っています。 朝にロビーでコーヒーとパンのサービスが付いてました。 活動の拠点としてまた利用させていただきます。
