We were 3 people and the room was ok, little small just for the 3 beds. Buy everything was really convenient and ok, I recommend it no doubt.

The staff were very friendly. The breakfast spread had much options and were delicious. The only downside was the room was small. However, the hotel was very close to Tsujiki Outer Market, which is a positive.

The only thing that I like is location of the property. Poor customer service - they don't like foreignere staff doesn't smile at all. Not welcoming no greetings unlike normal Japanese people. If I did my good research I will never got into this property. I hope with this review no body shows up to the property Extremely disappointed with no basic facilities like drinking water not provided. We have to go through device desk for everything

My son, my wife, and I were in the KOKO hotel for four nights from April 19th to April 23rd, 2024. The property was clean and the room had 3 separate beds. The mattresses were firm and felt great. Only one person was working in the Checking-in area. The check-in area was clean and orderly. I saw all the room amenities like toothbrushes, liquid soap, body wash, shampoos and conditioners, sandals, teas, and coffees on wooden cupboard. There was no bellboy or any other employee to take our luggage into the room. The room was nicely done. The beds were firm and the white sheets on the beds looked very nice. The ambient lights behind the beds looked very nice. The toilet was separated from the bathroom which was also separated from the bathroom. The bathroom had a small basin for washing hands, and brushing teeth, etc. There was a small oval-shaped very deep bathtub and boy was I happy! There was a handheld showerhead too. The toilet had a Bidet. I personally have bidets in my bathrooms in New York. This is the best thing about Japan. The hotel was very clean. The housekeeping cleaned every day. We bought the breakfast package and we enjoyed the breakfast. The only problem was the timing. It was open from 7 to 9 in the morning. It was a small but very. There were Western breakfast items like eggs, croissants, breads, cereals, and milk plus Japanese items like rice, noodles, udon, Miso soup, etc. I think it was a 2-star hotel but it was very clean, safe and inviting.

Had a pretty good stay at this hotel! The walls are a bit thin and we could hear other guests who were in the hall talking. Our room was a bit further away from the elevators but we could still hear the dinging as the elevators went up and down. I imagine it would be pretty noisy for the guests in the rooms directly next to the elevator. The rooms are fairly tight, as expected of hotel rooms in Tokyo, but the furniture was organized in a neat and functional way. The washroom was pretty spacious! The front desk staff were very helpful and almost all of the staff I spoke to spoke English which was super helpful for me. Our taxi driver was confused by the hotel name ‘Koko Hotel “Tsukiji Ginza”’ because Tsukiji and Ginza are two different areas. This hotel has another branch in Ginza called “Koko Hotel Ginza”. Something to note!

Un piccolo hotel in zona Ginza a 500 metri dalla stazione della metro Higashi-Ginza. Personale assolutamente eccellente, cordiale e professionale. Ottima la pulizia della stanza. La stanza era piccolina (questi sono gli standard a Tokyo a meno che si vogliano spendere decisamente più soldi) ma sicuramente più grande di molte altre strutture alberghiere. Lo raccomando sicuramente a coloro che vogliono contenere la spesa pur essendo in una zona (Ginza) assolutamente da non perdere, con i suoi negozi, mall, ristoranti.

Beautiful hotel not far from the shops of Ginza - and 3 mins from the Tsukiji Fish Market. Beds are a little hard and the pillows are tiny, but still had good sleeps Recommended.

The hotel was clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast was excellent, especially during earlier/quieter times. Location was alright. Walking to and from the station was fine, and if really tired at night, taxis were available. If within 10 minutes driving time, the fare is comparable to taking the train for our family of 4.

Hotel was about 3 _ 4 blocks from train station it didnot feel good walking that much after a hole day of walking but hotel was very good and clean. it had a rammen place next door and a 7 eleven less than a block

お茶やコーヒー、アメニティはフロント近くに置いてあり、必要なものを持っていく方式です。化粧水や乳液はなかったように思います（あったらうれしい）。部屋は清潔でした。乾燥ぎみだったのでフロントで加湿器を借りることができました。

The location of the hotel is far from any train stations. Yes it is only a 10 minutes walk but there are just a lot of hotels that are much closer to the train. Aside from that, the staff were not really welcoming nor helpful. Asked for an extra pillow for our 4 beds hotel room for 6 nights... and they can only provide one. The doors, walls, and ceiling are thin. We were the last room in the hallway and still can hear everything. The cleanliness is poor comparing to other japan hotel standards... but i guess it's average to a low 3 star hotel in america. Long story short, you get what you pay for. Average price for an average stay.

Loved our stay here and would totally stay again! All the restaurants around were really tasty and there is a convenient store really close. Staff was friendly and helped us send our bags to our next destination.

Staff were very accommodating at check-in, and later allowed me to upgrade to a much nicer and practical "family" sized room for a fair price. The deluxe "king bed" room has little to no space to move around the room itself. 14m is ridiculous/too small to hold a king-sized bed. Furthermore, the bed is not an actual king bed, it's two twins on a king box spring, which is a major discomfort because you can't get anywhere near the middle of the bed if you're with someone. Simple solution; put a queen bed in there and be done with it, then we can sleep comfortably, while also having a decent space to move around the room. As it stands, if you have a full suitcase you're in for an unpleasant surprise - there's no place to put it. By the way, there are no drawers in this room for clothing, and depth of shelving does not allow for practical stacking of cloths. "Thin" towels for a hotel at $300 a night.

4인 가족용 숙소를 급하게 찾다가 잡은 호텔인데 일본 숙소가 다 그렇겠지만 방이 약간 좁긴함 침대두개에 보조침대까지 있어서 아이들과 자기에는 무리가 없음 주변에 츠키지 시장도 있고 긴자까지 걸어가기에도 무리가 없었음
