Bon hôtel bien placé, prix correct, le petit déjeuner est moyen, et je trouve ça dommage qu'il n'est pas un service de blanchisserie a eux, en revanche on peut tout de même nettoyer ses vêtements dans la laverie. Attention il ne faut pas être trop grand (2m), les plafonds son bas surtout dans la salle de bain.

It’s great for what it is, clean and safe with lots of outlets in the room and the usual amenities except for lotion. But there are are three washing machines for this large hotel and the dryers dry much more slowly than the washers wash so there is always a very long wait and night. The staff are not quite as energetic and friendly as at some other APA properties, which I attribute to how very busy the hotel is. They are not unfriendly, just working hard and probably at times tired. Anyway I would really recommend the hotel for its proximity to multiple train stations and to Okubo and Kabukicho.

Ich war grundsätzlich zufrieden mit dem Hotel und würde da auch wieder buchen. Das einzige was ich zu bemängeln habe ist der sehr spärliche Platz um Kleider aufzuhängen und die Zimmer sind sehr eng. Zu zweit wäre es mir zu eng.

The hotel itself came with a lot for the great price! Hot bath and all necessities, which were available daily. There was some confusion at check in, as it was self served, but expedia booking/reference numbers did not work at the kiosk. Which took a little bit of figuring out with the staff. After trying all the numbers and typing in passport info multiple times. Needed to ask staff to look up what they have as your reference number before it would work on the kiosk. Check out was easy!

Hotel comodissimo, nel quartiere più vivace di Tokyo. Stanze piccole (lo standard per questa tipologia di hotel) ma molto pulite e davvero ben organizzate . Cambio asciugamani e yukata giornaliero, set bagno molto fornito. Disponibile presa di corrente universale in stanza. Ottima la colazione ( ma solo a chi piace la colazione salata). Molto semplice la procedura del check in e ancora meglio quella del check out

Located in the heart of the entertainment district, with a diverse selection of things to do, see and eat! Easily walkable to alot of different areas. Vibrant location with alot of bars, pubs restaurants and hostess bars. If you're looking for a quiet hotel then this is not the one for you. Rooms are small and if you have large baggage it will be difficult to store. All in all a good location for nightlife activities!

Rooms were reasonable sized and the layout was very efficient. We have no problems staying here again. Only issue would be the lack of control between AC and heat. One night the building was set to heat mode and we couldn't utilize our AC which made the night quite uncomfortable.

Thank you for your stay.We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the air conditioning settings.Our air conditioning system is a central system, so it is not possible to change the operation from cooling to heating or heating to cooling.The hotel switches between cooling and heating according to the daily outside temperature.We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the large number of guests who requested both.We have heaters and circulators available for rent, so please feel free to ask at the front desk.We look forward to serving you again.
