Bien situé à 2 pas de la station de métro.
Convenable, matelas à changer, lit où l’on s’enfonce. Check-in il y avait 1 stagiaire qui ne comprenait pas l’anglais, cela a duré 25mn. Très lent après un vol de 8h et trajet en transport commun jusqu’à l’hôtel.

Bien situé
L hotel est grand et calme,la chambre double est petite,taille standard pour Tokyo. Le vrai plus: un onsen au 14eme étage avec bain intérieur et extérieur. Nous avons eu un problème à enregistrement : la chambre double etait précisée pour 1 personne. Le lendemain matin, mauvaise surprise au petit déjeuner : nous n avions qu'un ticket pour 2 personnes. A l l'accueil il n'a pas ete possible de regler le problème. Le petit petit déjeuner se prend dans le café juste attenant au hall d'entrée :il nest pas terrible, Le personnel est débordé et mal organisé. L attente est très longue.

The hotel is easily accessible from the airport and is within walking distance of Asakusa sightseeing. It is a 1-minute walk from Tawaramachi Station on the Ginza Line, making it very convenient for shopping and business. When you come to Japan, please use our hotel. Rien à redire sur la propreté, les équipes de chambre sont soignées et veille à ne pas déranger. Cependant l'état des lits n'étais pas satisfaisant dans le sens où mon matelas penchais sur le côté. Pour finir, le personnel d’accueil était peu souriant et décevant car ne sachant pas s'adapter et communiquer avec les clients étranger.

Personnel très aimable et accueillant. Le petit déjeuner est décevant, il n'y a pas le choix et c'est tous les jours la même chose. Il n'y a même pas de jus d'orange. Et il n'y a pas grand chose à manger. Un buffet serait plus approprié et appréciable notamment pour les clients qui restent plusieurs jours.

The staff are very nice with very good customer service. The property is very close to the subway station and many shops around the area. Especially, there is public hot spring in the property. I will definitely come back again.

The hotel is very well located. Bear in mind the size of the rooms if you are travelling more than 2 with large luggage (not mi case). You are paying for its location instead of comfortable and big size room. For us was a overall nice experience with ease access to public transporation.

Great location and right across the street from the metro. This is a business hotel so I wasn’t expecting much, but the room didn’t seem like it was cleaned very well. There were nail clippings and hairs on the bed. The walls also had stuff all over it near where I slept. On the plus side, there were a ton of amenities the room came with and I never heard any other guests while I was there.

The staff overall in general was very amazing and very helpful. Even with my very limited Japanese they went above and beyond to make sure that someone was able to help me out in English and that I understood everything clearly. This is my second time back and I plan on coming back in a couple months and use the same services. I'm the guy that was so appreciative that I gave all of the women there flowers

The hotel is right next to the Asakusa Tawaramachi station with elevator access which is super convenient. And the soundproofing is great.

I very much enjoyed my stay. The facility was nicely well kept. Very easy to find getting off the Ginza subway line. I look forward to staying there in the future.

ive never stayed at an APA before so i dont know if theyre all like this but a couple things i did not like. there was no storage. we had to move the chair from the desk to the side and put our luggage under there. we lived out of the luggage for 15 nights. it wasnt a deal breaker, but not ideal. i wish we could put stuff under the bed. secondly i didnt like the frosted window. it made the space feel small without any kind of view. the bed, sheets, ameneties, were all fine. we really enjoyed our stay i just wish there were a couple tweaks. it is really close 10-15min walk to Senso-ji temple and theres a 24h don quijote there as well. a couple very small local bars are around the area and it is close to the tokyo metro G and E lines. also a dominos and mcdonalds close by that also stay open pretty late as well.
