A recommander sans hésitation
De passage pour une nuit avant de faire le Kennedy Space Center, agréablement surpris par cet hôtel, de chaîne, mais où nous avons trouvé un très bon rapport qualité/prix. Même s’il est situé près d’un axe routier, il est très bien isolé et c’était très calme. Propreté impeccable, personnel attentif et attentionné, très bonne literie et petite collation le matin compris (thé, café, muffin, etc..). Service de laundry disponible aussi, cela peut aider quand on fait un road trip.

Just don't go there
I am pretty sure this hotel rents room to homeless. There are several weird characters hanging around in the parking lot and smoking near the entrance. Like people in socks and in wheelchair. There is a weird smell in the unit until you realize it reminds you of your time in college while renting a cheap place downtown: fumigation. And seeing one coackroach confirmed it.

I booked an overnight stay, since I was going on a cruise the next day. The room was nice for an overnight stay. The price was good for one night and the staff was very friendly. After a long drive I wanted nice hot shower. The water pressure was horrible. The water barely came out. The “continental breakfast” was basically non existent, all I saw was a vending machine.

There was dried urine and pubic hair all over the toilet seat as well as fingernail clippings on the floor. It was very noisy because of the flooring. Could hear every step the people above us made. The front desk staff were very nice though. Only positive point in staying there.

They advertised full breakfast and all that included was muffins and cereal bars, coffee and juice. The ONLY ice machine was not working, there were NO ice cube trays in the freezer either. Dont even try to check in early at 2:30 pm. The front desk girl snickered that our assigned room is still in process. They call it premier suites and i saw nothing premiere about the suites. Very disappointed.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. Came in the night before a cruise, and I will stay here again next time! The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean and spacious, easy to get to right off the interstate. Plenty of well lit parking. The staff were very pleasant.

Elevator was broken when we checked in. Made for a long walk up 4 flights of stairs to our room….with our luggage. Then back down to the main level for soda and ice. Not sure when the elevator will be fixed. The front desk agent was apologetic and accommodating as he could be under the condition of no elevator. He offered to help us carry our luggage. Thanks to him for the offer. Appreciated but we got it.

The A/C didn’t work properly I felt like I was breathing water and the room smelled like humid also the mattress was very uncomfortable therefore we were not able to sleep at all. I really didn’t like the sticky floors in the room and I would say that was a really bad experience.

Elevator was not working when we reached and we were given a room at third floor. People in parking lot had music on speakers with cars hood opened and drinking booze. Hallways smelled like dogs and sweat, room was clean but floors sticky in places. I was going to stay another night so we could go fishing but the desk clerk said she had rooms available and to contact Expedia but was told by her boss she could not guarantee I would get the same room I was in which defeated the purpose of staying another night. I would not stay there again.
