« Location was awesome, far enough way from all the noise, super quiet and very relaxing. However I don't understand the theory behind the ( No Children ) policy but yes to dogs ??? the neighbor had not 1 but 2 dogs that were left in the room alone and so they must have crapped on the floor because the smell was awful and stayed that way until the couple next retuned and cleaned the mess, The dogs barked all day while the owners were away. BUT Lastly was the fact that A/C was locked and the nights...

« The location is 5 - 10 minutes out of town conveniently located where most of the wineries are too. We needed somewhere to go last minute, and this was available. The owner is very nice, responsive through communication and they even shared eggs from their yard <3 should we ever come back to the area we would definitely consider staying again. Would only recommend for 2 people due to size. »

« The hotel was ok, the staff was friendly, but the town of Johnson City was not welcoming to visitors. We went to a local bar in town and they would not serve us. All of the residential streets were blocked with residents only signs. I will not be returning to Johnson City EVER. If i were you, find somewhere else to go. »
