« Very clean, kitchen was supplied to cook a meal, if you want to. Good supply of bath towels. Fridge was nice and clean. Living room was comfy as well as the bed. Close to the shops and fishing pier. The beach was about a 5 minute drive. Not many restaurants to choose from in Rockport so I would advise to take some snacks or there is an HEB to shop. Just bring your own laundry soap if you wanna do a load of laundry. They work well and we’re clean as well. Definitely staying here again. »

« We had a super time at the Little Rose Cottage relaxing and fishing. Even on the rainy days, we worked a couple puzzles and explored the area. Would highly recommend this quaint cottage equipped with comfort. »

« The house was nice and probably one of the cleanest vacation homes I have rented. I would not recommend more than 4 people due to the size of the house. It is very convenient to get to town and the Rockport beach. It only takes about 12 minutes to both. »

« Nice spot by the piers and shops, easy parking clean rooms. No complaints other then the lawn guys doing their thing at like 9am Saturday morning, but I'll let that slide. We'll be back for sure. »

« While in Helotes for a music event had the pleasure of staying at the Art cottage. All was as explained and had a Great stay. If artsy and eclectic age is not your bag stay in a fancy hotel. If quiet and a woodsy feel is to your liking this is your spot!! 3 miles or so to old town Helotes and Floores Country store for music. « It was great we really enjoyed our stay but when we left my 4 yr old grandson didn’t want to leave his little house. He tells everyone here in San Antonio that his grandma has a house on the beach. »
