Security Measures: Our property is well-secured with 24/7 camera monitoring. In addition, the local police officer often conduct routine patrols around the area. Many guests feel comfortable walking around the hotel premises at night. 2. TV and Internet Issues: We understand the importance of reliable amenities. If there are any issues with TV channels or internet connection, our front desk team is always ready to assist and resolve them promptly. We take pride in maintaining good internet connectivity and rarely receive complaints in this regard. We apologize if this was not your experience. 3. Cleanliness and Maintenance: We are committed to maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. We will review your feedback with our housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any shortcomings immediately.We understand your disappointment that your experience did not reflect the standards we strive to uphold.
