Très décevant
Nous n'avons pas compris la bonne note attribuée sur le site et avons été tres déçus: draps douteux (taches), moucherons qui sortent d'on ne sait où, 2 serviettes pour 3, pas de sachets dans les poubelles, climatisation hors d'âge et bruyante, insonorisation inexistante pour les bruits de l'extérieur comme pour ceux des chambres voisines, piscine sur le parking avec vue sur une route très passante, 30 minutes avant la fin du petit déjeuner le choix est très limité, choix de chaines tv très limité, personnel poli mais sans plus, seul point positif : quelques restaurants à distance de marche.

When I arrived I was shocked the place was run down there were people standing outside that looked very shady and made my wife and me very nervous the parking lot was empty and if I could have canceled my stay so I would not lose my money I would have instantly but my on line booking would not let me so I went in and it got worse the elevator looked like it was a service elevator for freight not visitors and the room was horrible only 5 Chanel’s on the tv the phone did not work there was no internet connection Iam 78 years old and have stayed in hundreds of motel hotels and never was I as afraid as I was at this motel low life low life hanging outside all night when we got into are room we never left until the morning and we did not wait for Breakfast we got out and will never stay at another Baymont again we even put the desk chair that was wore out under the door handle while we slept and I kept my Gun on the night stand next to me . No no no do not stay here unless you like Filthy!!!!!! And I hope I get my $100. Security deposit refunded to my Credit Card

We take pride in maintaining good internet connectivity and rarely receive complaints in this regard. We apologize if this was not your experience. 3. We stayed here last year and found it to be a nice place. This time, it seemed to be run down. Things were not working or not available. What used to be a good, hot breakfast was quite limited. We stayed in a room that allows pets and i had an allergic reaction, making me wonder if the room was cleaned adequately. I don't usually have reactions. Staff was helpful.

Staff were very polite. Breakfast consisted of cereal, toast with jelly, biscuits and gravy and more. The juice machine was out of order. Bed was clean with abundant pillows. Coffee pot inside room could have worked better, but if you fiddled with it, it made a weak cup of Joe. Overall, I would stay there again.

My sheet was torn. There was a stain on the floor that looked like blood. I was told that breakfast was from 6-10 and when I went down at 9:30 there was nothing there.

Bedding, towels, and chair were VERY stained. The room smelled like smoke. The floors don’t look like they have been cleaned in weeks and the mini fridge didn’t work at all. Great shower though and the staff was very friendly. It’s not bad if you just need a bed for a night, its dealable.

Property is average. Was certainly a great hotel at one point but not anymore. Beds were comfortable, bedroom all together was acceptable. My main point of contention was the breakfast... No eggs, no sausage, no bacon, no gravy... Nothing warm... ONE yogurt (I had to request another one for myself). Bagel but no cream cheese for it. Few slices of bread... We had to go somewhere else to get breakfast...

I had two of my drivers try to check in at 2 AM when the room was rented for the previous evening. The lady at the front desk told them they could not check in because it was after 1 AM…. Very unprofessional reported her to Expedia, and requesting my money back.!

After long travel,We just need a clean comfortable room without any expensive extras. Don’t use /need a pool or exercise room . We typically arrive 9-10:00 @ night & just want a good night sleep. Coffee maker , fridge are nice. 3rd floor room facing back area was quiet. Breakfast was very minimal. After Covid issues did away with breakfasts at most hotels , most have not brought back many good choices, so we don’t count on it anyways. It was easy off the hywy to find the place, nice for when you’re quite tired & don’t know the area well enough to go on a hunting expedition to find a hotel. Price was good too. Lower than some others in the area.

Just a trip
The room was set up for 1 person not a couple The breakfast was awful Biscuits cold and hard. Eggs were cold. Gravy was cold Will not stay at that one again

Nice hotel , HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
The lady at the front desk was extremely rude. She was not in any uniform had no name tag and acted as if she was annoyed that I was there to check in. Felt completely unwelcome by the staff there, especially with the lady at the front desk

Making coffee was a trouble.
The room was comfortable and clean. Only problem we had was with the coffee pot. Not sure if it was missing a part or was broken. The small black tray that is suppose to slide into the coffee pot kept falling out. We had to hold it in to make coffee.

Better than expected
The price was right. 100 deposit was waived. Check in was easy. Shower was hot. No complaints from us at all

It is what it is for that price. Pro's - Night clerk friendly, hotel was clean, other guests was awesome Con's - They required a security deposit when checking in. Then when checking out, they had to inspect your room to verify it was ok before giving back your deposit. Seemed very shady. Booked 3 rooms - Of the 3, 1 room had to be switched since the tv was not working and another room had a noisy a/c/heater -didn't need it so did not bring it to their attention as it could be shut off. Breakfasts Bar - Had several warnings that it was for guests only and that everything must be consumed on property. Seemed redundant Restrooms - No restroom on first floor, could only go to your room to use it. Beds - Hard as a rock, however some of the group thought the beds was great Would I book this place again? I cannot say we would never rent from them again however I would see what else is available before going back. Policies was too much like being in another country and not in the US.
