This was the worst property we ever stayed at. First they charged $300/night when it’s normally $100/night. Our window in our room was shattered, there were dirty towels in our room, the bathroom door wouldn’t close, someone was smoking pot on our floor, no coffee at 730 am, excessive room was dirty, no towels and bike was broken. The hotel smelled terrible. Worst hotel experience ever and extreme price gouging.

This place was a bit funky smell wise. Not necessarily foul, but the room smelled a little weird. It wasnt bad enough to bail, but it was there. Other than that, my stay was good. Breakfast was typical. Waffles, eggs, sausage. Lukewarm food. Im just happy they had peanut butter for my waffle. The limited interaction with staff was fine. Easy check in. Big TV. Best one on my whole stay. Easy to operate. The shower was the largest one and for a big guy like me, i was happy with it. They would increase their stars if they figure out that smell.

There were some minor things that were broken/run down in our room. Walls are very thin so gears neighbor’s alarm clocks and tv’s. Staff was super kind and helpful.

This hotel needs some “love”…what I mean is a little freshing up. It DOES HAVE an elevator although some reviews I read led me to believe otherwise therefore we asked for a room on the 1st floor when there was no need to. They have luggage carts which we needed. The friendly gal at the front desk was happy to accommodate us. We enjoyed a walk over to Cracker Barrel as it was a beautiful evening. We also enjoyed their full breakfast with scrambled eggs and sausage rounds, as well as yogurts, fruit and waffles. Our sleep was deep and sweet after a long day of travel. Thank you!!

Rate was good for a quick overnight stay. Bathroom was clean with a nice walk-in shower, however, the floor of the shower was extremely slippery. High risk of falling. At the very least, they should add a grab bar inside the shower.

Room is fairly nice but has a hole bashed in the wall at the room entry. There is no place to place a suitcase except on the bed. HVAC system works as expected. Very few outlets available. Always surprised when a refrigerator is in the room but does not have a freezer section. Alarm clock numbers are an acceptable color -- red (green and light blue also okay). Bathroom amenities good (not the bottles hanging on the wall type!).

They only cleaned the rooms every three days. And the room we got the door did not want to close it would get stuck and wouldn't close no matter what we did so we told the staff about it and they did nothing.
