Sunset Manor offers an upscale escape filled views of hot air balloons and stunning sunsets.
Spacious 7100 square feet of living space, the Manor has 5 bedrooms & 6 baths.
Located off the Rancho California Wine Trail, within short distance of the Wilson Creek and Monte de Oro wineries.
We can accommodate parties from 2 to 16 guests.
***No same day check in on days guests are checking out. Due to safety and cleanliness we need at least 24 hrs between bookings***
The manor has pool, spa, sauna, gym, movie theatre with projection & sound system, 3 indoor electric fireplaces, 1 indoor wood burning fireplace, 2 outdoor fire pits, 7 flat screen TVs (from 52” to 86” in size), 2 wine cellars, 2 wet bars, billiards table, master suite private patio, 2 living rooms, brand new massage chair, grand tub, walk in rain shower, gazebo, outdoor grill, 4 adult bicycles, 4 car garage, 240v Electric car charge outlet w/ charger and a custom hand painted hot air balloon art.
Stay like royalty in the main floor master as the en suite bathroom is fit for King or Queen with a jetted tub that can fit two, walk in rain shower, fireplace, master retreat and private direct access to the patio with a bistro table.
Each of the 5 bedrooms have large closets fitted with robes, slippers, luggage stands, and extra linens. In addition to that there is a large storage closet upstairs off of the movie theatre..
Travel upstairs past the custom painting, to another lounge room with 82” TV, seating area, game table, billiard table, wet bar and the movie theatre. Just off of the lounge room is access to a balcony equipped with rocking chairs so you can relax and gaze at the gorgeous views of property, stars at night, the vineyards and local wineries.
Venture out to the well-lit backyard, where you and guests can comfortably dine al fresco. The twilight lit gazebo has seating for 8. Pool/Jacuzzi area seats 10, 8 rocking chairs, 10 wood Adirondack chairs around the fire pits and bocce ball court.
Jacuzzi heating is included with your stay.
Solar pool heating included with your stay March 7 through October 14th.
We do not heat the pool from October 15 to March 8th.
If at any time the gas pool heater is turned on during your stay, you will be charged $1,000.
The dreamy chef’s kitchen is equipped with commercial grade cooking appliances such as double ovens, dishwasher, microwave and a variety of special cooking appliances; instant pot, Crox waffle maker, single serve Keurig coffee maker, drip coffee maker, cold brew coffee maker, coffee grinder, rice cooker, air fryer, ice maker, Vitamix, portable french door electric countertop oven, 2 portable induction cooktops, dehydrator machine for fruit and meat.
On hand there are 16 regular place settings, 16 Spode Holidays place settings and 6 kid place settings. The kitchen opens to a living room and dining area so that everyone can entertain together. The living room is complete with a large sofa & super comfortable chairs with great views of the back of the property where you can overlook the pool, fire pits, bocce ball court and gazebo. Just outside the living room is an idyllic lounging patio with rocking chairs. From this area you have views of Monte de Oro and Wilson Creek wineries either during the morning hot air balloons or the uniquely peaceful sunsets.
The gym is well-equipped with a NordicTrack T Series treadmill, WaterRower natural rowing machine, exercise bicycle, yoga mats, 6 high chairs and table, sofa, refrigerator, and 72” size smart TV. After a good workout, or a day in the sun relax enjoy the new 2020 Model Ultra Low EMF infrared sauna. The sauna accommodates maximum (2-3) people at a time. No children allowed.
There are 3 indoor fireplaces that are electric.
1 indoor fireplace is wood burning (located in the living room near the kitchen).
There are 2 additional outdoor fireplaces that offer real wood burning experiences. We do not provide firewood.

Up to 8 cars maximum. 4 cars in the (2) garages and 4 under the carport and driveway.
We ask all guests to honor the noise levels and respect the neighborhood and the people that live here.
Smoking is prohibited on the entire premises, both within the house and on the property grounds. This includes smoking cigarettes, cigars, pipes or any other smoking devices.
We do not provide speakers or sound systems for use in or outside the manor.
Pets are not permitted at this property. Due to the wildlife activity in the area we feel it is safest not to allow pets.
We are not responsible for mail or packages that are shipped to the property.
The rental agreement specifically lists the maximum number of guests entitled to occupy the property overnight.
