Struttura super carina, peccato per il personale. Ci siamo ritrovate in stanza uno scarafaggio e quando lo abbiamo comunicato in reception ci è stato risposto che non era loro compito e che non potevano farci niente. Ci hanno fatto attendere un’ora per parlare con la persona di riferimento, che non si è mai presentata. Il problema non era lo scarafaggio in sè, ci mancherebbe, può succedere; ma il modo in cui è stat gestita la faccenda. Se lavori in un hotel non è forse tuo compito prenderti cura dei tuoi ospiti?

My family loved being at Selina. Ellie made my 48th birthday very special and welcomed us with a big friendly smile. Amit made an incredible breakfast every day. Would stay again for sure.

Water pressure super low, shower did not function properly, staff could be a bit friendlier. Ok for the price, can be easily upgrade if more attention was put towards the guest experience.

This can’t be a recently opened property. Looks old (except for the lobby) and dirty. Bathroom was dirty. Very noisy. Couldn’t rest. On top of that service is awful. Should train better their staff, including the “manager”.

Hi Marcelo,we are not a recently opened property, We’re experts at renewing spaces. The best matches are usually existing hotels, hostels, or student residences. The noise you are talking about is the life of TLV Before you went in and after you left the bathroom was cleanedThe bathroom in the lobby is not meant for resting Unfortunately, we don't offer the service you were looking for.....We stand behind all of our staff members, We know you wished to replace the manager position at our hotel but that doesn't mean you can underestimate him

Horrible service
We had reserved a week with Selina Frishman, when we got there the place was under construction. We were told to go to Selina Beach. We had to pay taxi again to get there. No explanation or apology from the crew. We got an email indicating the change the night after we checked in. Unprofessional. We also had to go through the hassle of changing all our tour pick up locations. It is not the way we wanted to start our vacation. On the second night, someone opened our room while we were asleep. The only explanation we got was that they made a mistake and gave the wrong room to the wrong person. Everytime we wanted to talk to a manager, he or she was never to be found. Five times, we asked to speak to a manager and no one knew where the manager was. The bathroom soaps and shampoo were never filled up. One lady behind the front desk gave us one free breakfast, nice of her but not enough for all our problems. But even breakfast was a fiasco, we went to the rooftop one day to get our free breakfast and we were told the kitchen wasnt ready that we could have the breakfast in the lobby (where they had a little store). we go down stairs and we were told they dont do free breakfast at the lobby. After they spoke to each other, we did get serve breakfast downstairs but with a huge bad attitude. I dont recommend this hotel, im upset that they didnt try to ammend things, make the customer happy. We never stayed at Selina Frishman because it wasnt ready and never got compensated for it.

Hi Carlos, Thank you for your review!We know you were supposed to stay in our Frishman branch however it wasn't ready therefore we moved you to our nearest Branch Selina Tel Aviv Beach which is a walking distance.We offer breakfast between 08:00-14:00 Next time please let us know when you run out of soap so we can refill it for youRegarding your experience with the late notice of moving branches, the staff attitude, and the mistake with the room we would like tocompensate you!
